If you are in need of a quick vacation away from it all, come see us at The Hub at Desert Color. This 3 level condo is nestled in the middle of the incredible Desert Color community and will provide a vacation like no other! From the main floor, open floor plan with a master suite just steps away, to the 3rd level loft area with a walkout deck to enjoy either the sunshine or the stars, you will find ample room to spread out throughout this vacation rental, especially after a long day playing at the resort.

**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Rooftop yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies—where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or lagoon—are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!
