The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Living room with dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the covered balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom 7 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Poreč, district of Poreč. The holiday house is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
