Located in the center of downtown Jaco, only a few hundred meters from the famous Jaco Beach main strip packed with bars, restaurants and nightlife, this large Italian built house with private pool is ideal for group gatherings. It has been fully renovated and furnished in August 2018.

The property features ice cold air conditioned bedrooms, secure parking, WIFI internet throughout the house, cable TV in every room and a private pool with terrace, lounge chairs and outdoor dining area and BBQ grill. The main level of the house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and large living room with big screen wall mounted TV.

The second level of the house is its own self-contained apartment. It has its own entrance, a balcony with a lounger and 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, full bathroom and a living room with a convertible sofa bed to accommodate extra guests. Secure parking is available on site. There is space for several vehicles. The house is located in a typical Costa Rican neighborhood that is a short 5 minute walk to the Jaco Beach main strip.

3 of the bedrooms in the house have private ensuite bathrooms, including the Master Bedroom with King Size bed and office desk and chair. Bed sizes vary from king to queen to bunk beds. The house can accommodate 16 guests. There are 2 safes in the house to securely store valuables.
