About this property

This fully renovated three bedroom open concept bungalow is spacious and yet so cozy! Just two blocks to the beach and two blocks to downtown you are within walking distance of absolutely everything in Jaco.
Everything has been redone in this house top to bottom. The backyard has your own private pool and bar. It is so lovely back there you won't want to leave, peace and quiet, birds singing and flowers blooming.
Inside there are three bedrooms, an open concept living room ,dining room & kitchen, lots of space for a friendly gathering.

Amazing location

This is the 2nd visit for my group and look forward to many more. Owner is VERY responsive and accommodating during the stay. VERY convenient location and no vehicle needed as it's just a 5 min walk to anything you need in town. We are already checking calendars to book our next stay.

Comfortable and Clean

The home was extremely comfortable and clean. Short walk to everything you need. Pool came in handy for a cool down. Katie was always available and very friendly. Great stay.

The area where the pool is located in the back of the house is pleasant to rest. No cable TV only apps, Netflix was not working on the main TV. The host Katie was very attentive responding to all communications and very accommodating.
