Come to Malibu! The most beautiful destination on earth. Stay in this spacious and serene villa with sweeping ocean and mountain views, a private tropical pool oasis, hot tub, bbq. Gorgeous large rooms with plenty of entertainment areas to chill and lounge. Close to all beaches, private hiking trails you can access, restaurants, bike path in Santa Monica, etc. Quiet coastal living, light, bright, open floor plan, chef's kitchen, beautiful back yard retreat, rejuvenate in nature and feel the magic of Malibu as you relax in this ocean front sanctuary.

There is a ring security camera to monitor guests coming in and out. No parties please. The owner has a dog who is off the property during rentals but does not allow pets.

The house is on septic so pls only toilet paper in toilets. Pls don’t turn the A/C down below 65 and all windows and doors must be shut when on.

The hot tub knob is on a timer - the pool is not heated. Pls do not use owner’s private items such as art supplies.

No parties of ANY KIND and NO SMOKING:) Quiet time after 10p. Only plastic-wear by the pool. No beverages or food on the carpet or couch.

The house is as described, and the backyard is lovely. Lush landscaping and the saltwater pool and hot tub are very nice. Small issues upon arrival, garbage was overflowing in outdoor bins. The property manager failed to notify us that they are video recording on property, that the gardener and pool cleaners would arrive unannounced on the property through the pool gate. We had friends meet at the house to take a limo to a restaurant for a birthday dinner. The neighbor and manager assumed we were having a party at the house based on the limo. The neighbor harassed our LGBT guest. The neighbors are not happy about having a VRBO in the neighborhood and are very unfriendly. People of color or alternative life- styles should stay elsewhere. We left the property in good order and even started the laundry before leaving, at the property managers request.

Happy home !

Our family enjoyed our Easter holiday at this beautiful, spacious , family friendly home! Great views and great lighting ! Loved the retro decor! The bedrooms were super comfy and 3 full bathrooms worked great! Loved the water pressure! The backyard with hot tub and pool was a great way for all of us to relax after spending the day exploring Malibu and or Santa Monica ! We will definitely want to return ! Our grand dtr did not want to leave! Haha

What makes this property unique

Close to PCH but high enough that you cannot hear it. No winding, dangerous climbs for miles like other canyon properties. We are less than a mile from the beach.

On call massages available for $120/hour. Daily housekeeping available for $200/day.
