Welcome to The Malibu Grotto Property -

This recently renovated beachfront home is located in eastern Malibu right next to Moonshadows and has direct access to a sandy pocket beach. The interior features a kitchen with brand new stainless-steel Viking appliances, granite countertops and ocean views. The spacious living/dining area was completely redesigned with all new beach chic furnishings, automatic light-filtering blinds and a 75'' smart TV. Accordion glass doors fully open to the breathtaking panoramic ocean views from Santa Monica Bay to Point Dume.

The upstairs has new flooring with two secondary bedrooms and shared bathroom. Just down the hall, a complete separate oceanfront master-suite features a king size bed, ample closet space, large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and private balcony.

What really sets this property apart from the others is the huge 600sqft oceanfront deck down below. It allows for endless entertainment options with a built-in rock spa that's set right above the Pacific Ocean and elevated patio for unobstructed sunbathing. Outdoor furniture, bar and ping-pong table complete the space.

This property is close to world-class dining, shopping, entertainment and is less than a 10-minute drive to the westside.

Pepperdine Graduation Family Time

The property is gorgeous and made our family time so special as we had a place to rest and celebrate our son's Pepperdine Graduation. We had an incredible property manager and he helped us in every way. His quick communication and kindness throughout our stay were key to our beautiful family time in Malibu. We highly recommend this property.

Malibu Beach House

Our family enjoyed our stay at the house. The host was great and met us at check in and walked through everything and was available for questions. The views are as expected from all three levels… incredible! We would stay again.

Gorgeous and unique

This place is spectacular on so many levels. Quiet and private beach area. The large deck is like none we have experienced when renting at Malibu. The most unique hot tub while listening and viewing waves, sunrise & sunsets. The master bedroom with the wide open glass doors and views unmatched in other rentals. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Julian efficient and helpful. We will return.
