About this property

This spacious home with 75' of beach frontage, a wraparound oceanfront deck, floor to ceiling windows, and private beach access, was extensively remodeled and has all new furnishings & accessories. THIS IS THE ONLY OCEANFRONT RENTAL IN MALIBU WITH A POOL! Located on Malibu Rd, away from the traffic and noise of PCH. You can walk to nearby restaurants/shops, incl. the Malibu Country Mart. If you need additional space, you can rent the guest house.

This home is ideal for one large family but can also accommodate 2 families, or a group a friends.

The courtyard is surrounded by overhanging trees and beautiful landscaping with heated pool and spa, built-in BBQ and bar countertop, wonderful entertaining areas with tons of seating and lounge chairs, including a dining table, and private stairs to the beach and outdoor shower.

The oceanfront deck spans the entire width of the property and has a dining table, a large L-shaped built in cushioned seating area, a double chaise lounger with canopy cover, and extra lounge style chairs.

Inside the home you will find the following:

* Fully stocked kitchen, including some pantry items such as spices, sugar, oil, coffee, tea, ziploc bags, dish soap, etc

* Fully stocked bathrooms, including
shampoo/conditioner/body soap and hairdryers

* Beach towels and extra linens

* Apple TVs and Sonos music system throughout

* Large laundry room w/extra fridge

* All the bedrooms have an ocean view, en-suite bathrooms and direct access to oceanfront deck

Other details to note:

* Private parking, ample parking for guests

* Host can help arrange for a private chef to serve you an unforgettable meal on the deck overlooking the ocean or help book with our trusted therapist for a massage on the deck.

* The pool and spa are NOT covered nor protected by any kind of enclosure

* House is located on a wet/dry beach. What that means is during low tides, there is beach to walk and play on, and during high tide the water may come up to the house, which could limit your access to the beach. Also, during times of big swells plus super high tides, the beach can become rocky. We cannot guarantee the surf and beach conditions/access at anytime.

Beautiful home on beach

We had so much fun in this house being right on the beach. Not a lot of people on this beach so it was has if we had our very on private beach. The pool and spa was a delight to have for some for my sisters kids that came to visit us. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. It had everything that we needed. The host was great to work with and always there if needed. Great sunrises and sunsets to see right from home and patio. We will definitely stay here again if we come bank this way. I would definitely recommend this house for a private getaway in Malibu.

Beach Trip

Great way to celebrate Chinese New Year

My family had a wonderful weekend celebrating Chinese New Year with family. It was magical. My mom was so pleasantly surprised by the beautiful house. We did fly in on the day Malibu was hit by a 4.6 earthquake. The management company was very responsive. We never worried about our safety.

an amazing unique retreat

This is just a once in a lifetime place! Enough space that people can have both privacy and togetherness. Spent a long weekend and realized we never really had to leave. Had it all. Walks on the beach, amazing views, comfy beds, and all the extras. Close to lots of amenities and yummy restaurants. We had some technical difficulties with the door when we first arrived but contacted the host Tara and she immediately had a solve. I would highly recommend this place for any special get away!

Great place to stay if you love the ocean

Great house with everything you need to play at the beach, even in the winter! I would only change one thing, have a heating element on the back balcony for night time (burr) and front fire pit for relaxing by the pool at night.

I currently live in Brentwood with my husband and have two "kids" in college. I am a licensed real estate agent and manage a number of short term rental properties, including homes in Malibu, Marina del Rey and Mammoth.

I'm an avid sports fan, specifically of the Angels and Chargers, and take great pleasure in beating the boys in fantasy football! I love Scrabble, card games, beach bike rides, and hosting friends and family as often as possible with good food and wine.
