This contemporary gem on Las Tunas Beach sits on 60ft of beach frontage. An eye-catching facade invites one into the entry, where a private atrium with lush plants gradually steps down into the voluminous living, dining and elevated sitting area. The Chef's kitchen is fully furnished and comes with Miele appliances, quartz countertops and recessed cabinetry maximizing the total square footage. French white oak floors, floor-to-ceiling windows and glass sliders tie the space together and allow for a clean beach vibe with an abundance of natural light. The large beachfront deck has retractable awnings, glass railings and Ipe deck. Two en-suite bedrooms complete the upstairs.

Down below, the spacious master-suite features a large walk-in closet, fireplace, second private Ipe deck, and a spa-like master bathroom with dual vanities and a soaking eggshell tub. An additional oceanfront bedroom that could also function as an office or den complete the downstairs.
