Beautiful contemporary home in Malibu, just a leisurely walk to the beach and The Getty Villa. Open floor plan with inside/out flow that offers ocean and mountain views. Multiple outdoor seating areas (two fire pits) to gather, read a book, or just enjoy some alone time. Three impeccably appointed bedrooms (all with their own bathroom) plus a den with its own bathroom. Chefs’ kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances (Wolf, Sub Zero, and Bosch). A true entertainer's home.

Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Malibu—away from everything, but still close to the action. The Pacific Ocean and The Getty Villa are both within walking distance. Getting to the center of Malibu, Pacific Palisades, or Santa Monica are all a short drive away. Come and enjoy your own “home away from home at the beach.”

Amazing Thanksgiving Getaway

Love the finishes and furnishings. A lot of natural light inside and fire pits outside made visiting with family so easy and nice. Enjoyed our morning walks in the neighborhood and down the hill to the beach. Friendly communication with the host and a very well stocked home made our entire experience perfect. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Great house

Overall, our family enjoyed the house and had a great stay. The house is well equipped, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The owner was accommodating and effectively communicated throughout the process. We would be happy to rent again and would certainly be happy to recommend.

Perfect in Malibu

We spent a week in Sandra and John’s Malibu home to visit with our son, daughter-in-law and 6-month old grandson who live in Santa Monica. The house was perfect!! It was in great shape and well-stocked, the outdoor spaces were beautiful with views of the mountains and ocean, and it was convenient to great restaurants, shopping, beaches and hiking. Also, Sandra and John were quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Splendid stay in Malibu

What a great place to stay! The hospitality was evident everywhere; we felt welcomed from the first interaction to every part of the home. The setup includes many great seating areas where we could relax, read, and have conversations with family and friends. The home is beautiful inside and out, with views of the ocean and mountains. It also is close to the beach, and I enjoyed the morning runs on the beach. We plan to be back. The home is wonderful, and we are grateful for the welcoming spirit of the owners.

Why book multiple hotel rooms when you can have your own home at the beach? 3 large, well appointed bedrooms + den...all with their own bathroom. An open floor plan that seamlessly blends the inside and outside. Ocean and mountain views, outdoor seating in the font and back with fire features for gathering. Upscale beach living at its finest.

What makes this property unique

Over 2,700 square feet of upscale beach living on one floor. The house feels even larger, with large patios in the front and back. Both patio areas offer mountain and ocean views. There is seating galore for the entire group or for individuals to lounge and be taken away by the sunshine and ocean breezes. There is a unique side patio/seating area that magically connects the inside to the outside.
