Why they chose this property

This is a family home where our oldest children were raised in a ranch setting. Later, the home was expended for our growing family and friends to enjoy. We are at the one of the highest points in Malibu with a complete 180 degree view of the ocean. While the drive must be navigated with care, the stunning views are a marvel to behold.

What makes this property unique

The home is set in the Santa Monica Mountains, which gives fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean, while in the midst of local wildlife which are often spotted on or near the property. Guests are able to take in the wonders of nature while using caution in the presence of wild animals.
