Beautiful home located in a cul de sac, safe neighborhood. Close to grocery stores, mall, restaurants, entertainment places, etc. It has a big open driveway that can fit up to 6 cars alone with a garage that can fit 2 cars. Brand new furnishing throughout the entire home. New photos will be uploaded soon. The outside has a huge pool with brand new outdoor furniture, BBQ area and fire pit. You will absolutely love it!

Clean nice and pool with spa

Overall nice property. Wedding weekend and my grandchildren loved the pool. Host was nice and very responsive . Master Bed is really soft and children room bunk beds squeak is you roll over It’s a very nice house and we did enjoy our stay

Wonderful stay

Had all the amenities that you dont want to pack - coffee, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, towels, etc the description was accurate and the guidebook had everything in it to know how to operate the jacuzzi. The perfect stay for our family of 8. It a good neighborhood. Host was very helpful.

Great stay

Overall great property. Helpful owner and nice neighbors. Pool was dirty but cleaners showed up a day late due to the holiday. They were there bright and early and had it very clean and ready to go. Everything was as advertised

Five Stars - This Is The One!

With so many options, you won’t go wrong choosing this place! It is clean, quiet, and beautiful! It had everything we needed and so much more. We stayed here when we attended our daughter’s college graduation. Pool and hot tub were a major bonus! Check in was easy and host was very responsive. This was our first VRBO and won’t be our last. We’d stay here again. Family of 7 gives this place Five Stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect for our family!

My parents live in assisted living in Thousand Oaks, and for the last few years, my family along with significant others fly in from 3 different locations to spend the Christmas holiday together and with my parents. This house was absolutely perfect for us, starting with the hospitality of Adam, the property manager. We like to prepare and eat meals together, and when I asked if the house might have a crockpot or dutch oven, Adam did not hesitate to order these for the house. When I asked about seating for 9 at the dining table and I suggested a card table might be helpful, he also ordered one and all 3 were waiting for us upon arrival. The kitchen was well appointed with plates, utensils, pods for the Keurig, water, pots and pans - everything we needed to settle right in! A supermarket is right around the corner, along with a variety of convenience shopping. The game table and Jacuzzi were a big hit with my clan, and the house is spacious, allowing us to spread out and be quite comfortable. Everyone loved it!!! Thank you Adam!!!!!

A nice place

We stayed for 8 days. The check in was great. Adam was super responsive and answered all our questions almost immediately. The living space was ample. Excellent living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms. Excellent and very large pool. Nice hot tub. I had to hose down the lounge chairs because of bird droppings. Bathrooms not that great. I was very disappointed with the master bathroom. Very small shower/toilet area, only a half a door in the shower (water spills on the floor), no shelves to put stuff on. Lack of a full door on the shower #2 was even more disappointing. Water gets on the floor and I had to constantly dry it. The shower head is not adjustable, which is not good! A complete door and a hand held shower head would take care of that. VERY EASY to fix. The stools in the kitchen were not acceptable! A few silverfish and little spiders were encountered in both bathrooms. Not a big problem though. I recommend spending a little more money on the bathrooms and a nicer set of stools in the kitchen. Also, I recommend not having loud power equipment run before 9am. The gardeners were very loud on Thursday bright and early at 7 am. Overall, if the bathrooms are upgraded, and gardeners a little quieter and start later, I would stay again. Adam is absolutely great! I needed to emphasize that. Thank you very much.

Was in town for a wedding and it was a perfect location for our stay! We even got to enjoy the pool and spa.Special thanks for the basket of snacks provided by the host. Schedule was busy and with the time change of our travel, "snack attacks" happened randomly so it was lovely.Coffee helped too!Absolutely clean and comfortable.

Our family had an amazing two weeks in California with this spacious house as a base. The location was perfect - a quiet residential area close to numerous restaurants, around half way between Santa Barbara and LA. We particularly appreciated the pool / hot tub and the well equipped kitchen. We didn’t want to leave!

Family get together

Was very clean. Had everything we needed with plenty of towels even for the pool and linens. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of dishware and good quality pots and pans and all things we needed for the kitchen. Contact person was very responsive with questions and the washer broke the first time we needed to use it and he had a repairman out the next day and it ended that a new machine was needed and had it the next day. We were there for 14 days with nine people so this was much appreciated. Everyone loved to pool which was cleaned twice a week. The one thing would to have the gardener come later he showed up by now later than 7:am with blowers running full speed waking up everyone. Overall we all had a great time and it worked perfect for the family.

Enjoyed a family reunion & this very clean house felt like a home. Located in a family-friendly neighborhood. 4 adults & 4 kids (ages 4, 6, 9, 12) with plenty of room for everyone to sleep & lounge. Games for all ages, a fun park/playground nearby a pool & hot tub. Home fully stocked didn't have to purchase any supplies, except food. Host replied quickly to all questions & The Guide explained everything we needed to know @ check-in/out & house rules. Would highly recommend!

our stay was as expected. The property was well stocked with everything you could need for the stay. we were there for nearly a week and were in town for a relatives wedding. We had a few relatives over one night for a BBQ and hot tub and again we had everything we needed. Everything worked in the house and we had plenty of room. The property is dated and could definitely use some painting and interior decorations, but other than that it was exactly as described. Would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay again if we needed a place in Thousand Oaks. We were going to Disneyland after this and left some clothing in the house by mistake, we contacted the property manager and he shipped the clothing to us, much appreciated!

Comforting

It was just perfect & such a joy that we could share this home with some of our cousins & family after my Dad’s funeral & luncheon in Westlake Village. The house is beautiful and very comfortable if I could suggest perhaps having more outside lighting in the front I think it would enhance the appearance also help those who go out driving at night upon returning home for safety.

Home away from home

Great place for family - specially with toddler- you can walk to the park in 5 minutes, it has slides, swings and lots of other fun stuff. back yard is beautiful and well maintained. there is lemon tree and avacado tree in the back . there is also pool - that looks great- but we are not swimmers - will definitely come back and recommend to others , host is very responsive :)

Perfect VRBO for your stay

This house was perfect for our friends stay in Thousand Oaks. 4 bedrooms were a perk, but the pool and hot tub were the reason we picked this house. Everything was as shown, house in nice condition, safe neighborhood, close to great restaurants and a grocery store.

Surprisingly nice

Here to visit mother/grandmother/great grandmother nearby. Location of rental near major transportation routes and shopping / restaurants was great. ALso, the hot tub was a real hit for our grandchildren, ages 2-6. Very accommodating host with good communications. Documentation very good as well. Will use this rental again if need arises.
