The house was built in the traditional Mallorcan style on a scenic idyllic plot of 16000 m². The finca "Na Toni" is absolutely quiet and yet you can quickly get to numerous beaches and coastal towns or Villages. The beautiful historic town of Santanyí in the southeast of the island can be reached by car in 5 minutes. It is only 2 to 3 km to the beautiful bays of Es LLombards, Es Moro and S´Almunia.

If you sit at the house on the terrace you have an overwhelming view of the garden, over the pool into the unobstructed landscape. The house offers total privacy and is perfect for relaxing holidays with family or friends.

The entrance area leads to the open living area with a cozy fireplace. The open-plan kitchen is adjacent to the living area.
The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped. In addition to the large cooking area and various household aids, there is also a large fridge / freezer. A washing machine is located in the adjacent utility room.

There are 4 spacious bedrooms, all with air conditioning. In both bedrooms on the upper floor there are very comfortable box spring beds with a comfortable size of 2m width and 2.10m length. The bathrooms are also en suite.
The two bedrooms on the ground floor are also equipped with very comfortable beds and with a pleasant size of 1.80 m in width and 2.00 m in length. These two rooms share a bathroom on the ground floor. A cot (1.25m length) is also available.

The underfloor heating provides cozy warmth for the cool months of the year.

On the covered terrace you can take your meals as well as relax in the lounge furniture.
On the lower terrace, which is set up around the overflow pool, you can relax on the loungers while sunbathing or you can look for a shady spot in the garden. The pool is easily accessible via convenient steps.

The sun shines on the property all day until late in the evening. The terrace, the pool and the garden are bathed in a warm light in the evening and there is a wonderful atmosphere - just wonderful for sundowners and dinners.

There is free internet in the house as well as a Bluetooth sound system and satellite TV.
