About this property

The Finca Tres Halcones is a dreamlike property in the middle of a plot of more than one hectare between Santanyí and Cala Figuera. From the house you have a fantastic view over the sea to the island of Cabrera, to Cala Figuera, to the nature reserve Mondragó and to the mountains around the monastery of Sant Salvador. The finca is about 900 meters from the sea. It was named after the three hawks that nest on their roof every year.
The two-story finca, which was completely renovated in 2018, has a total of six double rooms, each with its own bathroom. There are several separate terraces, some of which are covered. A highlight is the large roof terrace. The 10 x 5 m pool is also surrounded by a terrace.
From the finca you can reach the beautiful bays and beaches of the southeast coast in a few minutes by bike, Santanyí and Cala Figuera can be reached within 5 minutes by car.

Eine traumhafte Finca mit viel Platz

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt auf Tres Halcones sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthalts war perfekt. Erich war sehr proaktiv, hatte viele gute Tipps und war super zuvorkommend. Auch der checkin lief schnell und problemlos ab. Wir sind als Familie & Freunde mit 7 Erwachsenen und Kindern im Alter von 0 bis 13 Jahren auf der Finca gewesen. Toll war, dass durch die getrennten Wohneinheiten genug Platz und die nötige Privatsphäre vorhanden war. Die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für den Aufenthalt benötigt ist und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die liebevolle Einrichtung, die vielen Outdoor-Sitzgelegenheiten, der grosse Pool und der wunderschöne Blick aufs Meer.

Sehr schöne Ferien

Waren im September mit 6 Erwachsenen und und einem Baby da. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen .Das Haus ist sehr schön. Sehr schön eingerichtet und grosszügig. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet.Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und schön gelegen. Man braucht allerdings ein Auto,um einzukaufen. Aber das war uns klar . Der Vermieter ist supernett und hat uns viele nützliche Tips zum Einkaufen und Restaurantbesuch gegeben. Alles in allem ist das Haus absolut zu empfehlen und wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Die Finca Tres Halcones war für uns der perfekte Ort für unseren Urlaub mit Freunden. Das Haus ist ungaublich toll eingerichtet, mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail! Die einzelnen Wohnungen ermöglichen es, auch etwas privat zu sein trotz einer großen Gruppe. Man findet überall am und um das Haus tolle Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten zum Entspannen, zusammen sitzen oder für das ein- oder andere Gläschen Cava ;) Die Ausstattung vom Haus ist wirklich super! Vom gepflegten Grill über genügend Handtücher und Föhn bis zur Küche, die wirklich ausgestattet ist hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in waren sehr unkompliziert und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Lage der Finca ist toll. Man ist weg vom Trubel und den Touristenmassen und trotzdem innerhalb von wenigen Autominuten in der wunderschönen Cala Figuera oder an den Stränden vom Mondrago Nationalpark! Wir kommen definitiv wieder in die Finca Tres Halcones :)
