Niceeee place

First time in Pensacola. Definitely enjoyed the resort. You don't have the leave once you get there!

This is a great property - there is so much you can do without leaving the resort! (Gym, restaurants, beach rentals, etc. - even has a Starbucks and food is good!). Our rental faced the sound and it was just perfect. Great place to stay! The 4th of July fireworks from Portofino were literally right in front of our balcony where we stayed. Unit had everything we needed! The owner, Nasreem is absolutely lovely! Answered all questions immediately and is very nice and offers a good price! Would love to stay there again!!!

Very dirty and dated out of place decor

Great resort have stayed many times in the past. This time no notification of checkin or to come at 4 if not notified. Kitchen was clean but coffee table dinning room end tables night tables dusty dirty glass rings and mold, and Sludge under the glass of the coffee table. Couch destroyed broken. So was told to just move it out Of the way, doors hanging and wouldn’t close, queen door pulled apart, dirty hand prints above the destroyed couch amd on every conceivable surface. Holes all over the walls. Mirror in main BR blocked by TV. Mixed and matched wall hangings. Freezer had to be closed every time you shut the refrigerator door. Blender was a mix of 2-3 blenders, discovered in the middle of cooking called and took 17 hours to get another one. Some how e-mail got entered wrong amd took 3 days to get it corrected after calling HOST,VRBO,Host, VRBO. Might!! consider Portifino again but not sure who is at fault for the nastiness and broken dirty furniture. I believe it’s a mixed ball of fault. Plenty of places to stay that isn’t as crowded dirty or so difficult to get things fixed

Memorial Day week/weekend stay

Our condo was spotless, well appointed, very comfortable and we had excellent communication from both the Portofino resort staff and the condo owner. The view of the bay and the sunset were beautiful and the balcony was in the shade virtually all of the time, so we could enjoy that space at all times of the day. We hope to stay here again in the future.
