Condo and resort were best part of our trip. Beautiful decor and very comfortable. Only miss is condo does not include beach towels.

We had a wonderful time at the Resort. The condo is furnished with all the amenities you will need. Higher end furnishings in neutral tones. Very comfortable place to destress. Easy check in and check out. No issues whatsoever in staying here. This was my third visit. We will be returning in the Fall. Thank you !

Fabulous stay!

Great condo, beautiful decor & well equipped for all our needs. This was the perfect accommodations for our sister trip. Comfortably slept five people. Kitchen was spacious & had everything we needed to prepare meals. Owner/guest contact was prompt to respond to our questions. Portofino resort has great amenities & beautiful grounds. Will certainly return.

Amazing stay and the view!!!

Just a few days in paradise, sitting watching from the living room (and both bedrooms) the views beyond. Early in the morning you just might get blessed to see Bald Eagles flying from the top of one tower to the other! The stay was comfortable and felt like home. Everything you need for a great stay. I highly recommend this unit for your stay in Pensacola. The property has so many opportunities for a variety of activities. You will love it!

Very nice Condo. We have stayed at Portofino many times and this one was one of the nicest. Great view of the bay. Owner was very responsive when asked questions. Only issues were dishwasher and ice maker going out. Maintenance was contacted and responded within a few hours. Other than these minor issues, we had a great trip and would recommend this condo to anyone.

Great Spring Break Trip

This was a great condo for Spring Break. It was clean and modern. Great view of the bay. We have stayed at Portofino before and this was one of the better condos. Only issue was the dishwasher went out once during stay and ice maker as welll, but the owner had maintenance out within the hours to fix them. The dishwasher went out again before we left so we couldn’t load the dishwasher and put the dishes up before we left. Other than these minor issues, the stay was great. Would highly recommend this condo.

Beach time!

Stay was great! Only couple things I would change. Pillows and mattresses uncomfortable, bedding more fluffy soft And I wish someone would have told us that is was going to be gay pride weekend at Portofino. Not kid friendly at all, and nothing I am interested in having in my visual mind. So many families were disappointed and trying to get out of there. Cut there vacation short.

Pensecola Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. Everything was so clean and beautiful. It was just as pictured. The only issues that we ran into was the communication between the property owner or in this case it seemed to be an agency wasn't the best. I have always rented from VRBO and have always received quick responses to questions. The Keurig needs to be replaced because it was broken. This place also charges fees for everything. I was shocked at how many fees were tacked on to an already hefty price for our stay. I would have thought those things were included. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

Absolutely gorgeous!

When I walked in the condo, the view took my breath away! The condo was beautiful and immaculately clean. Each room was decorated so beautifully. Clean towels always available. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, utensils, even coffees and creamers. The stove worked great and we enjoyed cooking for the week. The TV had many Hulu, Netflix, etc to enjoy a relaxing night. The beach was so pretty. Relaxing. The staff was very nice and attentive. We went kayaking, bike riding, dolphin cruise, sat in the sauna, worked out in the gym (what a view). The restaurant food was delish! Overall, it was a fun and relaxing time! I will be back!!

The property has beautiful outside view and inside, except there's couple things need to be pay more attention. The floor needed to be cleaned between each check-in. For adults we always have indoor flip flop while the kids only wear socks. We threw away couple pairs of kids' socks because it's too dirty to wash. It's very nice to have air-flyer but the non-stick pans need to be replaced for all the scratches. No way to fry an egg, so we only have boiled eggs. There's an incident happened while we stay. It's the condo company. They do wedding event, ceremony on the PUBLIC beach and reception in the condo area. One evening we took the kids, 1 & 4 years old to the beach. Since the kids are young so we didn't want to go too far away from the beach access. There's a wedding ceremony things set up with some stick-posts circle the boundary near the beach access. No staff was around and no sign to say about time of the event. So while I let the kids played on the sand for about 5-10 minutes then someone moved the stick posts and started to move some chairs. At this point I thought the event was finished so I started to set up a small tent as a shelter. When I was working on it, a person came to ask us to move to another area for the wedding was going to start. And I agreed and start to move but this guy grabbed my stuffs and dragged away to like 50 feet away. He threw the mess up tent on the sand and walked away. Couple of the tent anchors were left in the sand. While all these happening, my eyes needed to keep checking on the little kids to make sure they did go to the ocean by themselves. And since the anchors were still in the sand, I needed to find them. That means I was still WITHIN THEIR AREA. So this guy came again and had to help look for the anchors. While he was doing this and said " why are you setting tent here?". I explained to him about what I saw and thought the event finished. But he said, "You should not set the tent here in the first place and the event cost $50,000 and we couldn't lost that.". My son, wasn't there when this happened, told the staffs at the front desk about this and being promised they will follow up and let us know. It didn't. So I talked to them again when checking out.

Mother daughter vacation

I’ve stayed at condos in Orange Beach and Destin for many years but this condo at Portifino is the best beach vacation I’ve ever had. The furniture and decor is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. Sitting out on the balcony overlooking the bay, we were able to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. My daughter and I will definitely be back!

Wow estoy súper encantada con Pensacola y Este complejo de condominios . Las playas de arena blanca son las más blancas que jamás había visto, el océano súper tranquilo, la comunidad es cerrada y muy segura ideal para compartir tiempo en familia. El océano y la bahía está a pasos de distancia. El condominio es idéntico a las fotografías súper limpio y cómodo. Súper recomendado .!! Beautiful beaches Wow I am super in love with Pensacola and This condo complex. The white sand beaches are the whitest I have ever seen, the ocean is super calm, the community is closed and very safe, ideal for spending time with the family. The ocean and bay is steps away. The condo is identical to the photos, super clean and comfortable. Super recommended.!! (translated from Spanish)
