The brand new central heater, air conditioner, humidifier (amazing in the dry winter months), and a back-up generator adds to the peace and comfort associated with this mountain gem.
Downstairs you will find a queen bedroom with en suite bathroom, a 4K LCG TV (streaming services), a loveseat that’s folds out into an additional twin bed, and a private door to the lower deck and backyard. Upstairs there are two king-size bedrooms, one of which is a true master with en suite bathroom, fireplace, and a private door to the upper deck. Both bedrooms come equipped with a desk (in case you are “working remotely”), large monitor with keyboard and mouse, and WiFi throughout the property. The other two upstairs rooms are bunk bedrooms. One a twin over full and the other a twin over twin “house” bunk bed that kids absolutely love!
The fully stocked kitchen features all the basic amenities including a reverse osmosis water, dishwasher, gas range and oven, freezer/fridge, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and hot water dispenser. Lastly, you have access to a three-car garage parking (with access straight into the house so no unloading in the dark and snow) and a fast electric car charging unit (Tesla compatible)!
You'll love the convenient location Blue Sky Adventure offers! During the winter, Bear Mountain Ski Resort is less than 2 miles away while Big Bear Lake is just a short 4 mile drive during the Summer; both are a 8-10min drive. The kids will love seeing the animals at the brand new Big Bear Alpine Zoo which is conveniently 6 minutes from the house (check out the grey wolf!). If you're looking for an outdoor adventure and some spectacular views, the Villa Grove Pebble Plain trailhead is less than a mile away while Bristlecone Hiking/Riding trail is only a 7 minute drive. For some great restaurants and night life activities, head over to the Village which is a short 5 mile drive.

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
Please dispose off your trash in the green dumpster located in Destination Big Bear's parking lot, near the east entrance. The address is: 713, Stocker Road, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315.
Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
