Villa Lucas Andalusie is a beautiful 140 m² villa completely renovated in 2017 with private pool (6x3m), valley view, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located in a very quiet and rural area just 3 kilometers outside the white capital of Axarquia - Colmenar.
The large garden (about 10,000 square meters) offers privacy and has a very large concrete terrace, brick barbecue and outdoor shower.

The very well maintained house is spacious and well equipped. Living room with sofa, dining table and fireplace

Separate kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, Dolce Gusto, blender, etc.

Three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds and the third with a sofa bed.
