In the resort 500 m from the centre of Kauns, in a sunny, elevated position, 6 km from the lake, 8 km from the skiing area. Private: well-kept garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Storeroom available. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, thermal baths "Quellalpin" 10 km, bathing lake "Ried" 6 km. Tennis 5 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, gondola lift 6 km, ski rental 9 km, ski bus stop 500 m, ski school 9 km, cross country ski track 10 km, ice rink 6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis 12 km, Kaunertaler Gletscher 30 km, Fendels 8 km. Hiking paths: Naturpark Kaunergrat 7 km. Please note: car recommended. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Free ski bus service to the ski region Fendels. Shower/WC. Garden, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs, box-room. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Skiferie Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis

15 km fra området, hvis man ikke har noget imod at kører 20-25 min til og fra skiområdet, er dette et super fint overnatningssted. Vi var 5, dette kan anbefales til familie med mindre børn, da der kun er et værelse samt værelse med køkken, så det giver lidt begrænsning.

Terrasse mit super Aussicht

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, die Terrasse hatte eine super Aussicht und in der Umgebung lässt es sich sehr gut wandern. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Sehr zu empfehlen. Einzig das WLan war etwas langsam (5 Mbit download, 0.4 Mbit upload)

Had a fantastic holiday, very clean and nice apartment. Fantastic views on the massive Alps. Hosts very nice and friendly, helped us borrowing theirs brand new weber grill and coal and we spend very nice time grilling nice meats. I would highly recommend that apartment for 1 pair and one single person, or 2 pairs. Absolute bargain in spring and value for the money. I enjoyed stay there and I will try to get back next spring.

Gemütliche FeWo für den Ski-Urlaub

Die gepflegte FeWo hat alles, was wir (3 Pers.) für unseren einwöchigen Urlaub brauchten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und stets ansprechbar. Das herrlich Skigebiet Serfaus, Fiss, Ladis ist ca. 25 Autominuten entfernt und der Skiverleih im benachbarten Ried eine gute Wahl.

Een huis voor 2 personen (voor 4 aan de krappe kant) . Het staat op een supermooie plek. Het ontbreekt er aan niets en het huisje is brandschoon. Leuke eigenaars die je graag te woord staan zonder dat zij zich opdringen.

Alles perfekt!

Eine sehr schöne, helle und sehr gepflegte Fewo. Mit viel Liebe zum Dataile eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles in guter Qualität vorhanden. Der Sitzplatz unterm Balkon im sehr gepflegten kleinen Garten mit schönem Blick in die Berge ist herrlich. Vielen Dank an die immer bemühte sehr nette Fam. Vernier für die erholsamen Urlaubstage.
