Parfait pour 2 couples

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à 4 sans être les uns sur les autres dans cette maison Cosy. Terrasse sans vis à vis à l'arrière très appréciable. Salle de bain avec douche très pratique, cuisine assez bien équipée, literie confortable, garage pour rangement très pratique. Petit bémol sur la propreté de la vaisselle que nous avons systématiquement relavé à la main ( lave-vaisselle peu performant).

Super séjour

Maison idéalement située, de plein pied, agence très réactive et sérieuse (démarches faciles, personnel très sympathique, proposition rapide d'un four d'appoint suite à pb avec four encastré). Environnement très calme. Lits confortables. Logement de vacances parfait pour 2 couples.

Il suffit de changer ces quelques petites choses citées au dessus et la maison sera plus agréable Changer la photo sur votre site Les volets sont bleus sur votre photo Et en réalité ils sont blancs Donc avons un peu chercher

Gemütliches kleines Ferienhaus

Im Ganzen zweckmäßig eingerichtetes und ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, das allerdings teilweise etwas ungepflegt wirkte. Gute Erreichbarkeit aller wichtigen Geschäfte und Einrichtungen sowie fußläufig 15 Minuten zum nächsten Strand. Eigener Parkplatz, Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.

Angenehmes kleines Ferienhaus

Zweckmäßige Möblierung und Ausstattung von Zimmern und Küche. Duschen ist nicht barrierefrei möglich, da in der Badfewanne geduscht wird. Bezüge von Sofa und Sesseln waren allerdings abgenutzt und etwas fleckig. Praktisch war die Garage als Abstellmöglichkeit. Ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand Plage de Nauzan. Durch die Weitwinkelaufnahmen auf Internetseite wirken die Räume des Ferienhauses größer als sie reell sind. Gut erreichbare Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zu Fuß, per Fahrrad und mit dem Auto.

A améliorer

Dommage que cette maison se dégrade d'année en année... Le store banne et son système de fonctionnement sont à remplacer. La baignoire aussi. Moisissures sur carrelage de la salle de bain. Les ustensiles de cuisine laissent à désirer. le volet de la cuisine ne peut pas être complètement ouvert (cause haie d'arbustes). Des portes manteaux à pince seraient les bienvenus.

Merci beaucoup pour votre retour. Les propriétaires de cette maison prennent grand soin de son entretien. Tous les volets ont été remplacés en 2023 et la haie vient d'être taillée pour permettre l'ouverture complète du volet de la cuisine. L'extérieur a été repeint en 2024. La salle de bain a été entièrement rénovée en 2025, et la baignoire a été remplacée par une douche. La moisissure a été retirée et nous sommes désolés pour les désagréments rencontrés, nous serions heureux si vous nous accorderiez une chance de regagner votre confiance.

Huis OK mits hygiënische maatregelen

Heel het huis rook muf. Op de slaapkamers stonken de hoofdkussens, het dekbeddeken en de matras. Er was wel schoon beddegoed (wat we besteld hadden) maar dat verminderde de geurhinder niet. Dit gaf een zeer onhygiënische indruk. Dit dient dus dringend gewassen en/of vervangen worden. Adaptor voor internet marcheerde niet.

We regret the discomfort from odors during your stay. The keyholder should be notified of such things on the spot for an immediate assistance. This has now been resolved during housekeeping checks and cleaning. The Wi-Fi is also now working.

Cette location qui pourrait être excellente n'est pas entretenue. La vaisselle cassée n'est pas remplacée ni même retirée de la location. La cafetière ne fonctionne pas. les portes tachées ne sont pas nettoyées. La peinture s'écaille dans les WC...etc etc...
