Tuscan apartment in an idyllic location, grandiose panorama, pool, WiFi

The 3-room apartment guarantees an enchanting view of the rolling green hills as far as Siena from the bed. It is on the mezzanine floor and has its own terrace at the entrance with a magnificent panoramic view.
With a floor area of 65 square meters, 2 bedrooms, a cozy living and dining area with an open fireplace, it is very suitable for up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. a. with 4-burner gas stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer.
There is a dining table inside and outside, a modern bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet and toilet.
Due to the height of approx. 700m above sea level, it cools down comfortably at night. Healthy height to regenerate, relieve stress and let your mind wander.
Activities:
Hiking trails start right from the house. A small hiking map from the region is in the apartment for you. Our area is an ideal place for cyclists. Here you can start your mountain bike tours directly at the house.
Attention racing cyclists! The legendary Oltimer race L'Eroica takes place here in Gaiole in Chianti on the first weekend in October. The paved roads here in the Chianti Classico are ideal for demanding road cyclists.
In addition to our pool with a magnificent panoramic view, we offer a fitness pergola for your daily gymnastics.
Visits in the region:
We would be happy to organize a wine tasting and tour of the cellar in nearby wineries in German, English or French.
Siena is just 32 km away. The weekly market takes place there every Wednesday.
The small towns such as Radda in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti and Greve in Chianti are nearby and very easy to reach by car from us.
On the first weekend of the month there is a unique antique flea market in the entire old town of Arezzo.
You can also visit the Volpaia fortress and Brolio Castle in the Chianti Classico area. Our guests are happy to receive further tips from the region.

Delightful and scenic

The property is a gorgeous well appointed yet quaint mountain villa. Spotless and scenic at every angle. The hosts are warm as fresh bread! I highly recommend having your meals there: the food is excellent and fresh and the natural beauty of the surroundings are half the reason you’re there. Enjoy!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir haben uns in der Casa Parigi sofort wohl gefühlt. Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Betten sind super bequem. Das Schönste an der Ferienwohnung ist die Terrasse mit der traumhaften Aussicht bis hin nach Siena. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr nett und herzlich empfangen und haben uns jederzeit gerne Tipps für Ausflüge etc. gegeben. Ganz toll hat uns auch der Pizzaabend gefallen. Die Kinder konnten ihre Pizza selbst nach Herzenslust belegen. Und wir haben selten eine so gute Pizza gegessen. Das Anwesen verfügt auch über einen schönen Pool, an dem man durchaus den ganzen Tag verbringen und seinen Blick schweifen lassen kann. Das Anwesen liegt etwas abgelegen inmitten schöner Natur. Trotzdem sind Ausflugsziele wie Siena, Arezzo, Volterra etc. gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner, sehr gelungener Aufenthalt :-) Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!
