We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was perfect and as pictured. Smooth check in process and Eric was very handy with recommendations for places to eat since I have food allergies. This location was easy to get in and out of & the perfect location for all the things we had planned in Omaha as well. Easy process, cute place, good location, and Eric was very kind, easy to get a hold of, and quickly responded to all messaging before, during, and at the end of our stay. I would stay here again the next time I am in town. We loved our stay here.

Basketball Tournament

This property was perfect while in town for a basketball tournament. The host was prompt with communication and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. This property will be our go to spot next time we are in town.

Super Cute Place!

Our family had an awesome time staying in this unit during our trip to visit the Omaha zoo. The communication with the host was awesome and the unit was so cozy! We would definitely stay again!

Weekend Stay

Came up for the weekend for the Ice Cream Cruise drag event. Eric was amazing. We needed to add guests at the last minute and he was able to accommodate us with no issues at all! Everything was super clean and worked as it should’ve. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

This unit was so cozy and met every need we had while here. It was fun to cook in the kitchen, the living area was so comfortable and the interior design was so pleasant and uplifting. It was so nice to have a washer/dryer available. Thanks again Eric for all you were able to do for us Our host was so helpful and accomodating.

Young family Omaha Zoo trip

This is an excellent place to stay. We brought our kids (4 and 6) to the local zoo and wanted a small place nearby to spread out and stay in different rooms. This checked all the boxes beautifully! Absolutely would recommend. Pros: -location (great distance from the city). -host (was excellent communicator, very clear). -size & layout (perfect for our family). Cons: -while the location is great, it’s next to a 24-hr food warehouse. So the truck/trailer noise from the west was quite a lot all night. The rooms are on the east side, so it wasn’t a big problem but worth noting. -more noise from the queen bed. I know it’s silly but every movement was quite noisy. -the building is a quadplex and the only bummer was being able to hear the unit above. One night, they were just living their lives until midnight and made for a hard time going to sleep. Minor! But again, worth noting. None of the cons would limit us from going back!

This stay was amazing! The host was so incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating for an early check in.The space was clean, comfortable, and they even had nice extras like toothbrushes, combs, and slippers available for guests!Close to the downtown area, easy to get everywhere, and I’d highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely gorgeous apt

We came to IA to watch my grandson wrestle over the weekend. This apt was as described and very clean. No complaints at all. Would highly recommend. Communication with Eric was excellent. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Our stay was perfect. Would highly recommend this host and this apt.

Perfect Getaway

I brought my niece and nephew for spring break. It was a great location, easy commute to all things Omaha! It was a comfortable, quiet apartment. The owners were thoughtful and offered great ideas for things to do. It was the perfect stay to accommodate our needs.

Nice Quick Stay

On a stop over night on our way to South Dakota, we stayed here. It was a little hard to find the parking area, but one we did we were fine. I was traveling with my adult son. He didn't tell me until I asked how he slept that he told me there were not sheets on his bed. This wasn't an issue because he likes to sleep on top of the bed. There were pillow cases. I did have to ask what the check out procedures were given we couldn't find them anywhere. There was a quick response and it was easy to do. The decor was nice, and everything was clean. It could be loud where it was located, but the bedroooms were at the back of the house with fans to help provide white noise.
