Perched on a hill with stunning views of the sea, this beachfront home provides the perfect coastal getaway. Spend your mornings watching the sunrise over the ocean, or take a quick drive to Newport for world-class seafood. After a fun-filled day, gather around the firepit and watch the sunset. Or retreat to the second-floor balcony with dazzling beachfront views. The primary suite also features a large circular window with gorgeous ocean views.

There’s plenty of space to socialize in this inviting home. The main living room boasts breathtaking ocean vistas, a flat-screen TV, and lots of cozy seating. On cooler evenings, enjoy a warm beverage and gather around the fireplace. Downstairs, a family room provides a great spot to watch a movie or play board games. There’s even a small kitchenette with a microwave, sink, and mini-fridge.

The expansive sunny kitchen provides everything you’ll need for tasty home-cooked meals, including a double sink, dishwasher, several options for making coffee, and massive amounts of counter space for meal preparation.

Beach Front Amazing Views!

The house was beautiful and newer for the coast. Views were amazing out the upstairs windows in the living space which was our reason for booking. There is a trail down to the beach just north of the property which was easy to navigate. The house was very clean, including the windows and spacious. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Outstanding views from the upper main floor. The master suite is gorgeous but the lower floor bedrooms are spare and very small with no view. The space is taken up by a den on the lower floor. The double beds are comfortable but one single bed is slightly tilted ( could be improved). The laundry machine is spacious, the baseboard heat works well, and the kitchen is well equipped with dishes.The bathrooms are nice, with lower floor having a shower in tub, upper main floor has a walk in shower and a nice half bathroom. The beach is two minutes walk down the little hill, and it is wonderful.

Great house

This was a great house for us—my husband and I have three teenage boys and the layout of the house is perfect to provide space and separation when desired. The location is amazing—right on the beach with a path next to the house. The bathrooms and kitchen are showing their age, as is a lot of the furniture, but when looking for a house, my priority is always beach front with easy access so I’m ok with that trade off.

Beautiful view

The house, deck and view are fabulous…couldn’t have suited us better, except for some maintenance issues. The house has stairs up to the main level, and two steps down to the living room, which require caution by older folks. There is no beach access, but a state park is nearby. We would definitely like to return.

Beautiful beachfront house needs a few updates/improvements

Stunning location with beautiful master bedroom and big windows. We would recommend staying here but there are some practical things that could use improvements. The downstairs bedrooms are a bit sad and the bed listed as "a queen" is only a full size so not ideal for two adults. The bathroom downstairs is also rough with a not very nice tub/ shower. And very low water pressure. The deck is incredible but needs a table so people can eat meals outside. All in all would definitely stay here again.

Nice Rental But Broken Bed Broke Our Spirits

The location and unit was nice except that the master bed was broken. We made numerous requests to have it fixed but no one arrived to repair it during our entire stay. We reached out to Vacasa via text/phone/email and there was no effort to take care of us.

Just Lovely!

This home was perfect for our yearly family vacation. The beach access felt private and was great. Just a little walk down the driveway and through a cute path of bushes and you end up on this endless beach! We saw sea lions and found lots of cool rocks. This place had it all. Amenities were awesome and the kitchen is full of useful items and spices. We loved eating at the large family table watching the waves talking about our day! The town is super close and so is Walport with the Alsea Bay. Beautiful spot 10 minutes down the road. The location of the house was amazing with cool paths to ride bikes. Other homes but felt super private. There is not a BBQ grill just in case that's super important. To us we enjoyed warming the house with oven. If you're looking for a great beach house, oceanfront, this is it! You won't regret it!
