Absolutely perfect

This house was the perfect size for my little family! You couldn’t ask for a more breathtaking view! My husband and son enjoyed fishing off the well maintained deck. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends and family.

"This home is in the perfect spot.

Being able to go out to the dock which is really nice, and to sit out on the deck being able to watch the fish jumping. The house is really nice, but does need silverware. There isn't enough for 6 people to eat.

Great Place

We loved the location and the house. Convenient to everything. What we didn't love was housekeeping. The kitchen was not clean, especially the floor. Customer service was pretty mych nonexistent due to the fact it's not local when you call for assistance. Inwould not recommend using VACASA.

Find another rental property!!!

Upon arrival found many things unsettling. Hold smelled like mildew. Curtains were all stained and faded. Clean towels left for us were wet. Shower curtains were full of mold, and we had to call for their replacement. Dishwasher was full of water and smelled horrible. numerous lights were not functional inside and out including light in the hot tub. Lots of cockroaches were found in and around the home. You could feel the house sway when someone walked inside or the wind blew. I have used many rental properties in the Outer Banks and never had an experience like this one. I would not stay here again and would recommend that anyone looking stay anywhere else.

Outback is amazing

The View is one of the best you can get and the deck is great for enjoying it. I would give 5 stars for that, but the house is outdated and the furnishings are as well. The house would only get 1 star. For the amount of money they ask the house should be in much better shape
