Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee by the pool while basking in the warm Florida sun. If that doesn't sound good enough, the beach is only a 15 minute drive from your cozy getaway.
Working from home in the morning and play golf, bike or just watching the wildlife in the evening the house offers all these options.
The house harbors laminate flooring and tiles throughout, with all new modern furniture. Our 3 bedrooms with one king bed, one queen bed and one queen pull put sofa bed can easily accommodate an entire family. Our two baths means that there won't be any fighting over shower time. The property is equipped with 3 flat screen smart TVs. Our dining room table comfortably seats 6, and our kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The barbecue outside is perfect for grilling up vegetables, meats or even ribs. If you don't feel like cooking, there is an array of good restaurants around.
What is there to do?
Besides the obvious beach outing, there is plenty of golf to be played. Our home is surrounded by 5 golf courses and actually sits right next to the course. If golf isn't your thing, you can take a leisurely stroll around the friendly neighborhood and enjoy all the wildlife or just relax and observe it from the backyard. If the kids are itching for more entertainment, Disney World is an approximate 2 hour drive. Want to head over to the white sand beach of Clearwater? That's a little less than two hours as well. Rotonda West, is situated in the heart of it all with plenty to do.
At the end of the day, you can cozy up on our patio outside and wind down with a good book and a glass of wine or take a late night dip in the pool.

We are a family enjoying vacations in a sunny areas offering our property to our guests to relax and enjoy the sunny weather, golf, pool and other amenities that the property and surroundings can provide. We are very sad every time when we have to leave the house, but always thinking about return to spent more time around the pool and beach.

The property is located on a quite street with dead end and less traffic, perfect area to relax and enjoy the wild life that the back yard offers.
What makes this property unique
The setting of this property is somehow different than similar ones around due to the location with golf and lake view in the same time. The golf area is far enough to ensure not too much disturbance, but offering enough space for wild birds and turtles to pay visits in the area.
