On a 15-hectare estate including an olive grove and 4 other gîtes (15691, 15692, 15693 and 15694), independent wooden house of 81 m². It comprises: - Living room/kitchen with a sofa bed (140x190 cm) - 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190 cm) - 1 small bedroom with two single bunk beds (90x190 cm) (the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6) - Shower room - Toilet 3 additional people are welcome at no extra charge, sleeping in the sofa bed and bunk beds. Access to the cottage is via an industrial area; a steelworks factory is 100 m away. - 38 m² covered terrace with panoramic sea views - Garden furniture - Barbecue - Parking - Air conditioning (except in the bedroom with the bunk beds) - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - Freezer - Television - Wi-Fi (slow and unreliable connection) - Hair dryer - Electrical outlets The cottage does not allow for the connection of an electric car.
