It is composed as follows: Ground floor: - Living room/kitchen equipped with a 140x190 cm sofa bed Upstairs: - 1 bedroom open onto the staircase with one 140x190 cm bed - Shower room/WC Accepts 1 additional person (or two children) free of charge with sleeping in the sofa bed in the living room Access to the cottage by two descending staircases (20 steps) Luggage drop-off possible at the top of the steps - 16 m² terrace with a view of the San Petrone - Garden furniture with parasol - 2 garden armchairs - Barbecue - Public parking 50 meters away - Air conditioning overlooking the living room and the bedroom - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - Freezer compartment - Television in the bedroom - Wi-Fi - Towel dryer - Hair dryer - Beds made up on arrival Authentic stay for 2 people in a fully renovated former chestnut drying shed
