It is composed as follows: - Kitchen area with 1 bed 140x190 cm - 1 Shower room/WC Common access corridor with another gite Diving and sailing clubs nearby - Unfenced common ground - 7 m² terrace - Garden furniture - Griddle - Car park - Laundry room common to 4 gites with 1 washing machine - Reversible climate control - Microwave - Television - Wifi - Sheets and towels to be reserved directly with the agent: 20€/person Decreasing price (July/August): - 6% for 2 weeks, -10% for 3 weeks or more In the Gulf of Valinco, 300m from Porto Pollo beach
