Welcome to this recently remodeled condo in heart of Avon! Enjoy being close to the Beaver Creek Mountain ski lifts, Nottingham Lake, and all that the ‘Heart of the Valley’ has to offer. Here is your chance to have the Colorado vacation you've always wanted, whether you're visiting in Summer sunshine or Winter snow, this home's prime location in Vail Valley will put you minutes from all of the best places in the area! Wintertime guests are only shuttle ride up to Beaver Creek Mountain or walk from the Riverfront Gondola, which will take you right up to the slopes of Beaver Creek Landing Base. In warmer weather, hop on the Eagle River bike path just outside and explore the area, or enjoy freshwater fun at Nottingham Lake. Beaver Creek Golf Club, fishing at Gore Creek River, and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants all await you.

Not the best, not the worst

Median income apartments, across from a school and next door to a trailer park. Good location if you want to park and ski. The Schlage combination lock was a pain and often took several times to open. Inside the apartment itself was fine and convenient.

Great location, everything true to description

The check-in / out process and proximity to Beaver Creek was great. The comforters and shower curtain were dirty, and someone tried entering the property at 9:30pm at night with NO notification or even a knock while our child was asleep. We were unable to connect with someone other than generic Vacasa help line who offered no assistance or information to at least confirm whether or not the individual was a former guest, owner, etc. This instance left us uneasy for the rest of our stay.

Sweet, Spotless N’ Easy

This property is in a sweet location, gateway and easy access to the Beaver Creek Resort and downtown Avon with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. All the furnishings were modern and the space neat and spotless. We also enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and convenient parking space. We whole heartedly recommend to friends and family.
