Cozy house in quiet, established subdivision with great neighbors and close to everything. Only minutes from Hwy I-85 and Hwy 78. Very close to Stone Mountain Park. Only minutes from great shopping and Atlanta Venues: Atlanta Falcons - Atlanta Hawks - Atlanta Braves and Gwinnett Stripers (The Braves minor league team) - Andretti’s - Topgolf - North GA mountains. This house is fully furnished with everything you will need to have a fun relaxing stay. Exterior security camera on front of property.

Just what we needed

We spent 2 nights here to split up our drive from Pennsylvania to Florida. Great location close to Atlanta! This home is in a very quiet residential neighborhood. House was very clean with plenty of room for our family of 4. The kitchen has everything needed for meal prep. Jeff was very friendly and quick to respond to messages. Thanks for a great stay!

Renovation Stay

My husband and I needed a place to stay while our home was being renovated. We were originally only supposed to stay for 9 weeks, but that turned into 11 weeks. Jeffrey was able to accommodate us and was very helpful throughout our entire stay. He was always available if anything came up that we needed. The house was clean and the neighbors and neighborhood, as a whole, were great. We would highly recommend staying at 503 Ben Ave, whether it be for a short or longer stay.

Perfect home just outside of Atlanta in a quiet neighborhood. In town for work and needed a place with a kitchen over a hotel. Very affordable, clean, had everything I needed, and the host was very kind. Highly recommend for those traveling to Atlanta. Close to Stone Mountain.
