The house Architecture & spirit
The house stands out at first glance for its hybrid and generous architecture: a contemporary first floor in light rendering, extended by an upper level in wooden cladding, all topped by a rooftop terrace that dominates the Savoyard landscape.
Inside, the spaces are spread over several levels, connected by a black metal spiral staircase whose volute stands out against a sumptuous wooden wall: this house has character.
The general style happily mixes Savoyard naturalness (wood, stone, plants) and a neat contemporary touch (designer furniture, abstract paintings, industrial lighting). Each room has its own personality, each corner has been thought out. It is a house that tells its story.
The house is located on a 1,700 m² plot of land in a quiet and family residential area, with friendly neighbours in a real village spirit. Children can play in complete safety, adults can relax in peace.

The rooftop:Your terrace in the sky
This is undoubtedly the most unexpected asset of the house.
Go up to the top level, cross each of the 2 bedrooms and let yourself be captivated.
The rooftop opens onto a 180° panorama that embraces the city of Chambéry, and the mountains with a view of the cross of the nivolet. A postcard setting, accessible in a few seconds from the rooms.
Deckchairs, coffee table, deck chairs, Fermob lamp, everything is there so that you never want to go downstairs. In the morning, a coffee facing the mountains. In the evening, a glass of Savoyard white at sunset. At night, the lights of Chambéry twinkle in the valley. The rooftop is accessible directly from the 2 bedrooms on the upper level, making it a semi-private space.

The pool & garden is the heart of summer
The swimming pool is the number one argument of the Savoyard summer.
Nestled in the garden, surrounded by vegetation and a wooden beach, it offers crystal clear and fresh water! Small but ideal for cooling off after a hike or a day at the lake. It is equipped with an indoor bench for lounging and relaxing.
Around the pool, the large 1,700 m² plot offers a space of freedom, hammock area for naps...

The main terrace is the dining area par excellence. A large table can accommodate the 10 guests. Lights, garlands, jasmine wall.

The Bourget lake next door 15 to 20 min drive
The largest natural lake in France. Its deep and mysterious waters inspired the poet Lamartine. Its beaches, marinas, waterfront restaurants, water activities (sailing, paddleboarding, kayaking, water skiing) make it an ideal destination for a full day. And from Vimines, it is even accessible by bike via a cycle path!

Lake Aigue Weasel less than 35 minutes away, still by car.
The best kept secret in Savoie. This preserved natural lake, one of the few without motorboats, offers exceptional emerald green waters, of remarkable transparency. Cycling & Mountain Biking The roads and paths around Vimines are perfect for cycling. Lake Bourget is accessible by cycle path. For mountain bikers, the trails in the surrounding massifs offer incredible sensations.
