KEIN NEUES APARTMENT
Total abgewohnte Wohnung, hier ein Auszug:
• abgewohnte Essstühle, fleckige Couch, fleckige Sessel
• verschmutzte Wände (v.a. Treppenaufgang)
• Defekte Schlafzimmertür DG + defekte Badtür Ensuite Bad
• Defekte Balkontür (hakt; quietscht; schließt sehr schlecht)
• Wasserhahn Badezimmer OG schwer zu bedienen (ebenfalls defekt)
• Das Kücheninventar ist minderwertig (u.a. färben die Töpfe ab, weil abgenutzt)
• Unangenehm starke Gerüche im ganzen Apartment (Parfüm??)
• Laute Geräusche im Innenhof durch Lüftungsanlage des Nachbar-Restaurants die ganze Nacht
