Lucy's apartment

Lucy's apartment is a newly renovated in 2017 attic apartment in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Ebermannstadt. No matter if active holidaymaker or recreation seeker - no matter if 9 or 99 years - no matter if spring, summer, autumn or winter: Here you are right!   Notes: Sheets and towels are provided. Even a basic set of toiletries and cleaning utensils is ready for you, so you can start your holiday relaxed. Equipment for small children and parking spaces for cars and bicycles are also available. Since the summer of 2018, a pavilion specially built for the holiday guests in Lucy's apartment is available. Enjoy leisurely hours, let yourself be pampered at breakfast by the morning sun or enjoy the evening atmosphere with a glass of Franconian wine or Franconian beer.

Lucy's Apartment:
A cozy, winding hall leads you into your holiday premises under the roof: The heart of the apartment is a large room that includes a well-equipped kitchenette with two adjoining seating areas. The kitchen contains the standard equipment such as kettle, coffee maker and toaster and convinces with extras such. As an oven and a microwave. A large round dining table group offers plenty of space to eat and play. If required, a high seat for toddlers is available. On the other side of the room is the cozy living and TV area with satellite / TV and HIFI system. In the modern shower / WC combination you will find a hair dryer as well as a shower radio. You will find your restful sleep in the bedroom with a 1.80m double bed. A couch also located in it invites you to read and can be converted to two additional beds if necessary. Also, if necessary, a travel cot (up to 2 years) enough space.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 22:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

KirschblĂŒte in der FrĂ€nkischen Schweiz

Zur KirschblĂŒte und zum radeln in der FrĂ€nkischen Schweiz haben wir uns fĂŒr Lucy's FeWo entschieden und eine sehr gute Wahl getroffen. Am Ortsrand von Ebermannstadt gelegen kommt man schnell auf die gut beschilderten Radwege.Ein bequemes Doppelbett, eine gut eingerichtete KĂŒche und ein großer, gemĂŒtlicher Wohn-/Essbereich sorgen fĂŒr einen gemĂŒtlichen Aufenthalt. Sehr nette Vermieter, die uns fĂŒr unsere E-Bikes ihre Garage zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt haben. (DafĂŒr nochmals vielen Dank)Sehr zu empfehlen

SĂŒĂŸe Wohnung mit allem was man braucht

Wir waren fĂŒr ein verlĂ€ngertes Wochenende vor Ort und haben uns in Lucys Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sehr sauber und alles da was man braucht. Tolle KĂŒche, bequemes Bett und Bad mit Fenster. Fenster mit Fliegengitter waren ein Segen. Liebe Gastgeber, da wir öfters vor Ort sein werden kommen wir bestimmt bald wieder. Guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge ins FrĂ€nkische.

So wie erwartet

Die Wohnung hĂ€llt, was in dem Inserat beschrieben wird. Wir waren ein paar Tage dort, um jeden Tag nach NĂŒrnberg zu pendeln, wo wir uns tagsĂŒber aufgehalten haben. DafĂŒr war die Wohnugn absolut ausreichend. Die Ausstattung verzichtet auf irgendwelchen Luxus, was sich dann im gĂŒnstigeren Preis wiederspiegelt. Dabei ist alles Vorhanden, was man in einem tĂ€glichen Leben so braucht. Das Einzige, was als fehlend aus gelegt werden könnte war die nicht vorhandene SpĂŒhlmaschine. (Hat uns nicht wirklich gestört, weswegen ich hier keine Punkte abziehe). Sonst kann man hier sagen, es ist einfach aber absolut ausreichend. Der Vermieter war wirklich nett und war wirklich bemĂŒht darum, uns unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Ebermannsstadt an sich ist nun wirklich nicht der Mittelpunkt der ziviliserten Welt, aber in Kombination von Auto und Bahn waren wir in 40 Min in der Innenstadt von NĂŒrnberg.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung und toller Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Erkundung der frĂ€nkischen Schweiz

Die Dachwohnung ist gerĂ€umig, sehr sauber, vollstĂ€ndig ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet, das Zentrum ist fußlĂ€ufig in zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto sind alle schönen Ziele der frĂ€nkischen Schweiz erschließbar, unsere Highlights waren die Kanufahrt auf der Wiesent (Eisvogel-Erlebnis), das Angeln im Altwasser, die Wanderungen auf die Aussichtsfelsen und Ruinen, die Deutschen Segelmeisterschaften und das leckere Essen. Die Vermieter sind Ă€ußerst nett, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Das Vater-Sohn-Wochenende war perfekt, so dass wir die Wohnung und das Umfeld sehr empfehlen.

Nette Dachwohnung mit sehr gut ausgestatteter KĂŒche und einem schönen Pavillon vor dem Haus! Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in LaufnĂ€he zum Zentrum von Ebermannstadt (ca. 10Minuten). In wenigen Autominuten erreicht man die verschiedenesten FreizeitaktivitĂ€ten der FrĂ€nkischen Schweiz. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!
