Overlooking Lake Carillon, this suite-style condo is the perfect place to escape for a long weekend, but also offers a well-equipped, kitchenette and a comfortable, sunlit living area that make it ideal for longer beach-therapy stays. With a cable-equipped TV, a small desk and chair for remote work or schooling, and views of the lake, it will be tough to find reasons to leave! And on-site, enjoy many amenities as our guest, including a shared hot tub, outdoor pool, basketball and tennis courts, and a playground. Plus, it's only a short walk to the lake and the beach!

THINGS TO KNOW
Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.
The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good enough

For the price paid this unit was okay for our 3 night stay. I most enjoyed that it was on the first floor so we could walk outside.

It was ok

We have stayed here before but the resort has gone downhill. Knobs on the hot tub missing, stains on the bedsheets, bottle caps and trash outside beside the patio.

Awful Construction

Great little place for a couple and pets, but terrible if you don’t want someone banging on your wall from sun up to sun down. The listing states there’s construction, but it would have been nice to know someone would be directly drilling into and banging on the other side of the wall all day.
