The comfortable and tastefully decorated non-smoking apartment offers direct access to the garden. From the garden you have a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea and with good visibility to Gibraltar and Morocco. A very nice and large outdoor pool (salt water) with sun loungers and a barbecue area are available to all guests.

The Comfort Apartment (70 m²) is a duplex apartment on 2 levels with a spacious living / dining room with sofa, an open, fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, induction hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer ), a veranda with access to the garden with saltwater pool and two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring double beds and spacious fitted wardrobes two bathrooms (with shower, toilet, hairdryer and underfloor heating). The apartments of the Casa Olina offer a feel-good atmosphere with relaxation and retreat possibilities, whether in the lovingly designed rooms, on the veranda or at the saltwater pool. The individual Mediterranean decor contributes to the relaxation. The non-smoking apartment has air conditioning (in winter also available as heating), TV / radio with international channels, MP3 player and free WiFi. A washing machine is available on site.

The beautiful Estepona is around 10 minutes away by car. The Casa Olina is centrally but quietly set back from mass tourism on the coast on a small hill, surrounded by miles of sandy beaches in the south and the mountains in the north. The beach (only 450m away) and some restaurants are within walking distance.

Wie beschrieben ein fantastisches Objekt mit großartigen Gastgebern und Restaurants, Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Albert und Dirk lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Das Apartment ist großzügig, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wer will, kann sich in der komplett eingerichteten Wohnung selbst versorgen: Küche mit Geschirrspüler, alle Räume mit Klimaanlage, eine wunderschöne, im andalusischen Stil Gestaltete Terrasse sowie der gepflegte Pool laden zum verweilen und erholen ein. 3 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsizebetten und 3 Duschbäder, davon zwei en Suite. Großzügiger Wohnbereich mit bodentiefem Panoramafenster zur Terrasse und Schiebetür zur Loggia und Terrasse. Wir waren als Familie mit zwölfjährigen Kindern da und können nur sagen- sehr empfehlenswert! Herzlichen Dank!

Die Wohnungen in Casa Olina sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die ganze Anlage mit Pool und Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Der Blick von dort Richtung Gibraltar und die marokkanische Küste ist grandios. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Communication with Dirk and Albert was very smooth. The apartment is as lovely as in the pictures, with fantastic views of the sea, in a calm neighborhood and close to several beaches. Lovely Apartment with beautiful garden and swimming pool

When we arrived at the Apartment, Albert was there. He made us feel very welcome and was such a lovely helpful man, we immediately felt at home there. The apartment has a nicely decorated kitchen and living area as you walk in, also a toilet and shower room on this level. You then go downstairs to two lovely Bedrooms. The main Bedroom has an en-suite with a big shower. There is also another room with your own washing machine in. I thoroughly recommend this place, the garden is stunning with lots of beautiful features. There are also a few other apartments in the building, but when we was there it was very peaceful. Also the owners live there, and they were lovely, so if there were any problems they would be there to sort things out. We had a really lovely Holiday here and would defiantly visit again.

Das Appartement bietet alles, was wir uns für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt wünschen. Großzügiges Appartement mit sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung, gut ausgestattete Küche, Salzwasserpool, sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter; mit anderen Worten: es fehlte uns an nichts, außer an mehr Zeit, weil wir gern noch länger als 9 Nächte geblieben wären. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand, mit dem Auto erreicht man in angemessener Zeit Tarifa, Gibraltar und Marbella und es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Séjour très agréable dans notre appartement. Équipé entièrement, tout est bien pensé, nous n’avons manqué de rien! Décoration cosy et fait avec goût. La piscine avec vue sur la mer est un régal pour l’oeil! Nos hôtes étaient très charmants, ils nous ont accueilli avec chaleur et sourire et nous ont aidé à décharger la voiture. Bref un séjour parfait ! Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement. Thank you very much !

Beautiful appartment on a fantastic location

The pictures and description of the appartment are the real thing. This is a very beautiful appartment situated on a superb location with great seaviews. The pool and garden are also fantastic. The hosts are very kind and super helpful in any way. If anything less positive has to be mentioned it's that the television did not work (but we were not there to watch tv) and that the shower handles should be replaced by less fragile ones. (now we had to be very careful not the get boiling water on out heads due to slightly touching the shower's water handle). Apart from that, everything is more than positive. A car is mandatory since it's quite a walk to the nearest village. We will certainly be returning.

amazing base for Costa del Sol exploration

What a delight and privilege to have the opportunity to spend time at the oasis of Casa Olina. As part of a 6 week cycling trip in Andalucia and Eastern Algarve my wife and decided to take a three day respite from the rigors of Pueblo Blanco life. We are Canadians who bring 21 years of independent travel in Western Europe as we write this review. Having stayed at over 125 properties in Europe I can confidently Casa Olina is in the top 10%. Few international travellers would bring this depth of perspective. Dirk and Albert run an incredibly professional operation....... their branding, marketing, richly decorated apartments and attention to detail reflect many years in the travel and tourism business. Pragmatics like bedding, heating-cooling, spaciousness, gorgeous sightlines and many amenities are all present in this property. Very rarely does a property bring it all together in one astounding package so very well thought out. Albert lives on site which is very reassuring. This is not a “managed” property where they throw you the keys and forget about you. Absolutely no short cuts were taken in the presentation and management of this gem of an oasis. Wunderbare Ferienwohnung, phantastische Lage, grandioser Blick, Wohlfühloase

Casa Olina ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen, absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr schöne Lage, abseits vom Trubel, ein sehr gepflegter Garten mit grandiosem Bick aufs Meer und einem großem Salzwasserpool. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. In den guten Boxspringbetten schläft man sehr entspannt, der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus und es gibt freies WLAN. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher nicht das letzte mal dagewesen sein. Der schöne, lange Sandstrand ist gut per Fuß zu erreichen. Die Besitzer wohnen im Haus und sind sehr nette Gastgeber: hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und doch zurückhaltend. Sie haben uns tolle Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausflugszielen in der Region gegeben. Wir waren mit einer Ferienwohnung selten so zufrieden.

Casa Olina is outstanding ... feel at home!

Everything was perfect! Beautiful property. The apartment is new, excellently equipped and styled with a great taste. Fantastic and absolutely clean facilities. A very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The place is amazing, it has a beautiful pool and lovely garden, we had walkout access to it. Amazing views from the garden! It's quiet and very well situated to reach the both coastal resorts (close to central Estepona) and areas to the either side, and to the stunning mountain scenery. Excellent choice for a relaxing holiday in a nice area. Very friendly and helpful hosts. No need to look further.

We are an international couple, interested in art and culture, and have worked in the tourism industry for many years. By opening Casa Olina our dream of a life under the Andalusian sun finally became true. However, the beginning was more of a nightmare than a dream, gruelling bureaucracy and juridical adversities were exasperating us. Progress was slow, but in the end all efforts and hard work paid off and our dream came true.

Casa Olina is situated on a small hill in Bahía de Casares with a breathtaking panoramic sea view from the garden, merely 450m away from the beach. Located between Marbella and Sotogrande and only a few kilometres away from Estepona, this region is one of the most beautiful areas on the Costa del Sol. The breathtaking sea view from the garden, which on a clear day reaches up to Gibraltar and the African peninsular, the close proximity to the beach, the big pool and a great offer of sport activities and excursions will quickly help you forget everyday life. The Mediterranean climate, the wide range of culinary and cultural varieties are perfect conditions for a relaxing holiday with unforgettable moments.

What makes this property unique

The phenomenal view over the Mediterranean Sea, the smell of jasmine, and the feeling of being at home made the decision very easy: After a long search we fell in love with Casa Olina and acquired the property. Upon the completion of extensive renovations we opened our doors in summer 2016. The apartment offer plenty of opportunity to relax and retreat, whether that is in the individually and tastefully furnished rooms, on the terrace or by the saltwater pool.
