About this property
Holiday home in the old school in Havixbeck, the gateway to the tree mountains
Welcome to Havixbeck,
this is the 1. School in the village of 1720, which was in operation until 1954 and had only one classroom.
Not much is reminiscent of that, but it is now a small feel-good domicile near the Baumberge.
You then live in a small house (about 90 square meters) with a garden in the middle of the village.
If you like shabbychic, an old house and steep Dutch stairs - then you are in the right place.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a dining room with an old Swedish sleeping bench, a living room with an oven, the kitchen with access to the garden and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and wooden bathtub.
On the stairs there is a "library" and a games collection.
On the upper floor, (ATTENTION ROOM HEIGHT ONLY 2 METERS) there is a living room with a sofa bed, TV, table and seating by the window.
There is still a single bed in the sleeping area.
In the garden you can sit under the roof on the boat, on the small terrace in front of the herbal spiral or on the lawn, The garden furniture is light and mobile, a barbecue and an outdoor oven are available.
For bicycles there is a dry lockable parking behind the Indian door.
What was once on the edge of the village is now very central.
Within walking distance are 3 supermarkets and the pedestrian area, directly opposite is a bakery with cafe.
