Great parts.1. Full stocked2. Great location3. Quaint and cozy4. Very good customer service( they didn't leave the beach pass but did a great job sending a pic and communicating) Bad parts1. Great yard but it was not mowed2. No grill ( they do have a charcoal grill they said but who want to deal with that for 3 days. Get a gas grill please)3. Lights upstairs were on different switches and you could nor turn the light off and keep the fan on.
There is a gorgeous backyard and the house is easy driving distance from Marion and Mattapoisett. We loved the antique home and charm of the area. The checkin was easy and there were no problems with our stay. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!
I always prefer staying in a real home to an antiseptic dedicated rental property. This one has a lot of knickknacks including some religious ones and some cutesy ones and some old-fashioned ones that makes it not for everyone especially maybe younger folks. Otherwise comfortable. The yard is lovely but there was no table available when we were there.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
Poor property management was not helpful in resolving concerns. Two stars is being kind
This property is great. Very cleanly for the most part, a more thorough cleaning company is needed. (When using the pull out it was filled with cards, baby socks and crumbs, drawers had other peoples under clothing left).
We had a couple of issues with things, even though a response was immediate from host/managing company we werent able to find sheets for the queen bed. And the beach parking pass wasn't anywhere to be found.
Too many knick knacks for little kids. And the kitchen wares are very dated. But we made it work. Backyard was very peaceful and inviting, would be lovely to have a picnic table or sitting area.
