At only 200 metres from the sea and close to the most beautiful beaches of Lilia in Plouguerneau, this large 150 m² house welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Spacious, bright and perfectly equipped, it can accommodate up to 7 people in a calm and privileged environment, ideal for enjoying the wild landscapes of North Finistère.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden of 500 m² offering a beautiful clear view of the greenery. The 50 m² terrace facing due south, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, will be the ideal place to share your meals outdoors, relax in the sun or enjoy long summer evenings.
Inside, discover a beautiful, warm living space flooded with light. The lounge, furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and an armchair, invites you to relax after a day exploring the Breton coast. Adjoining it, the dining room features a large table that can comfortably seat up to 7 guests. The open-plan and fully equipped kitchen includes gas hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and everything you need to cook as if you were at home.
On the night side, the house has 4 comfortable bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 master (ground floor): a double bed (140x190), en-suite with shower
- Bedroom 2 (first floor): a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3 (first floor): a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4 (first floor): a single bed (90x190)
A bathroom with a bathtub and hair dryer as well as an independent toilet complete the upper floor of the house. For added comfort, a second independent toilet is also located on the ground floor.
3 parking spaces outside are available directly on the property.
For your comfort, the accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine and an iron.
