The condo was perfect for my girls trip with the no stairs. I wish the pool by the condo would have been open since it was 104 degrees out side. The only down fall was( to no fault of host) you can hear everything thing from upstairs down to the lower condo. Chad was easy to talk to.

Thank you for your review. Sorry the pool wasnt opened by the condo. They close that pool after Labor day. The clubhouse pool stays open much later in the season. Also sorry for the neighnors. Those are all nightly rentals and it changes with each guest.

Our group of 6 adults and 6 kids between 6 months and 8 years old had a great time here. Plenty of space even for our big group. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking several meals. Chad was very responsive and kind. We also liked the proximity to the pool, swam there every day and got our exercise walking back up the hill :) Highly recommend Billy Gail’s and Ozark Mountain Pizza nearby.

Was clean and well stocked. Loved the screened in porch. Quiet area. We were able to watch SDC fireworks every night. Nice that we didn't have to carry suitcases, etc up or down stairs. Only down side was hearing kids running around in condo above us.

The property was exactly as the advertisement. I loved having no stairs, up or down. I loved having three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Plenty of space, it was peaceful and not too far from every place that we wanted to take our great grandson. Thank you, Chad.

Nice condo with plenty of room to accommodate our family. We brought our adult children and grandchildren (8 adults and 4 children under 4) for a few days. Plenty of room. Beware of the downstairs neighbor if you have little ones. He knocked and complained the grandkids were interrupting his movie (being too loud with their footsteps back and forth.) We did our best, but feel that we were just living our lives not trying to be loud. Would like to thank the exceptional host who was very responsive to any questions! Nice location and nice pools.
