On the ground floor are a spacious and friendly area for cooking, eating and living, as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower. The upper floor has three bedrooms with fly protection on the windows (1x double bed, 1x 1.40m bed, 1x2 single beds) and a spacious 2. Bathroom with bathtub and floor-level shower. All windows are with shutters, the floors with tiles or Laminate equipped. WLAN is available for free. A high-quality design and attractive appearance ensure the appropriate living quality. When booking optional additional services, sufficient availability is reserved.

This beautiful and new semi-detached house is located in a quiet side street of the center (dead end) and was completed in the spring of 2017. The holiday home has a sun terrace and a small garden. Spend your holiday in an appealing ambience and take advantage of the numerous opportunities for recreation. Explore the region by bike or on foot. Or visit the Cliner source with swimming pool and spa. In a few minutes you reach the center of Carolinensiel with the historic museum harbor. There are many restaurants and cafés here. In addition, there are various shops in the immediate vicinity. A footpath along the Harle leads to the beach or to the ferry terminal to Harlesiel. Parking is available directly at the house and a garaging for bicycles.

Sommerurlaub mit drei Generationen

Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses war top und es fehlte an nichts. Toll, dass es auch buntes Kindergeschirr gab. Die Kinder (3 und 7) haben sich jeden Tag mit Freude ihr Geschirr selber zusammengestellt😊 Auch toll, dass ein Spielplatz mit Wippe, Schaukel und Wipppferdchen direkt neben dem Ferienhaus war. Dort konnten die beide auch schön spielen. Die Unterkunft wurde von drei Generationen bewohnt und wir würden es immer wiederholen😊 Carolinensiel ist ein süßes kleines Städtchen, der Strand ist toll und der Weg dorthin ist nicht langweilig. Entweder zu Fuß, mit der Carobahn oder mit dem Raddampfer auf der Harle👍 Insgesamt ein wirklich schöner Urlaub mit einem schönen Ferienhaus.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben im Juni bei sehr angenehmem Wetter 1 Woche zu zweit in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Doppelhaus liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse. Der Ortskern mit Museumshafen und vielen Restaurants ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus verfügt über zwei sehr schöne Bäder und auch sonst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Der kleine Garten ist mit einem Sichtschutzzaun von der anderen Doppelhaushälfte abgegrenzt. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern empfiehlt sich der kleine Spielplatz in der direkten Nachbarschaft.

Zentral und ruhig gelegen, tolles sauberes Haus

Sehr ansprechende Doppelhaushälfte, mit umfassender Küchenausstattung, Zentral gelegen, vom Einkauf bis zum Strand wir konnten alles zu Fuß erledigen. Sehr schneller Check in/out. Alles war picobello sauber, ein kleines Manko war das schwache WLAN, weil wir trotz Urlaub arbeiten mussten, aber es ging! Dieses Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen 👍

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus zum Erholen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Gartenland. Es war alles sehr ordentlich. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist besonders hervorzuheben. Eine kleine Kritik ist, dass das WLAN nicht so gut war. Das könnte noch verbessert werden. Aber ansonsten wirklich super. Wir hatten einen sehr, sehr schönen Urlaub.

Einfach Top!

Wir haben selten ein so toll ausgestattetes und supersauberes Ferienhaus gemietet! Liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist einfach alles da, was man braucht. In der Küche mangelt es an nichts. Die Lage ist super, in 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist man im Ortskern und am Hafen. Immer wieder gern. Auch der Kontakt zur Agentur war einwandfrei!
