This beautiful and new semi-detached house is classified with 4 stars and is located within walking distance from the center in a residential area of ​​Carolinensiel. The two sun terraces of the house (south and west orientation) with garden and barbecue invite you to relax. Furthermore, there is a parking space directly at the house as well as a storage room for your bicycles.

No. 140 - Holiday House In't Seeburger Winkel:
On the ground floor of the 80m² semi-detached house there is a spacious and friendly area for cooking, eating and living. In addition, a guest toilet is available. The upper floor has three bedrooms (one double bed, one 1.40m bed, two single beds) and a spacious shower room and thus offers enough space for the whole family. Wi-Fi can be used for free. The house also has a ventilation system. All windows are equipped with shutters, some with fly screens. In the entire object are tiles or Laminated and thus allergy friendly. A high-quality equipment ensures appropriate living comfort. Due to the installed ventilation system, the fireplace is unfortunately not ready for use. When booking optional additional services, sufficient availability is reserved.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Mega tolles Haus

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Warum? - sauberstes Ferienhaus, das wir je hatten - sehr gute Ausstattung, in der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht, in 10 Tagen nichts vermisst - feste Außenrollos und Insektenschutz in den Fenstern - ruhig gelegen - nicht weit zum Strand mit Toilette, Gastronomie, Spielplatz, Minigolf und Parkplatz - in Carolinensiel tolle Restaurants und Cafés, Bäcker und Supermarkt - alles fußläufig erreichbar - schöne Rad- und Joggingstrecken Einfach perfekt für einen schönen und entspannten Familienurlaub.

Toller Urlaub

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, modern, sauber, ruhig und gut gelegen. Sehr gute Abwicklung bei Schlüsselübergabe und Abreise. Auch zwischendurch war immer jemand von Promega zu erreichen. Tolle Gegend, nicht weit zum Strand und den Nordseeinseln. Gut geeignet zum Fahrrad fahren. Angeln kann man auch. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Urlaub mit kleinen Mängeln. Durch die Rolläden war die Temperatur selbst bei 35°C im Innenbereich angenehm. Die Heizung und Wassertemperatur ist völlig in Ordnung (mann muss ein paar Sekunden warten). In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, die Betten sind bequem und ein Kinderreisebett ist auch vorhanden. Gestört hat uns der Außenbereich, dieser ist nicht wirklich schön gestaltet, ein paar Liegen wären schön und evtl. mal ein neuer Grill, dieser fällt auseinander. Stand Juni: Es wird nur noch an einem Haus in näherer Umgebung gebaut, das ist aber überhaupt nicht störend.

Ferien auf dem Bau...hof

Bitte Hinweis auf Bautätigkeiten beachten. Es wird aktuell in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft gebaut. Frühaufsteher mag es nicht stören, wenn die Nacht deshalb um kurz nach 7:00 Uhr vorbei ist. Uns störte es. Auch draußen sitzen machte nur wenig Spaß. Das Haus selbst ist neu und sehr modern ausgestattet. Die Wasseramaturen könnten allerdings hochwertiger sein, damit man sich unter der Dusche auch die richtige Wassertemperatur konstant einstellen kann (was kaum möglich war). Platz für Fahrräder (max. 2 Räder, wir hatten im Vorfeld explizit angefragt) steht nur sehr eingeschränkt und nur dann zur Verfügung, wenn vorher die Gartenstühle ausgeräumt werden. Abschließend (und nach über 20 Jahren Erfahrung mit Nordseeurlaub): für den gezahlten Preis haben wir an anderen Stellen wesentlich schöner und erholsamer unseren Urlaub verbracht.
