I am offering this charming little studio for rent, situated between Thabor Park and the historic centre. It has a floor area of 14 m² and can accommodate 2 guests.

Completely renovated in 2025 and situated on the 4th floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 11 m² living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An 11 m² living area with a dining/office space and a fully equipped kitchenette, including: a microwave (with oven function), a toaster, induction hobs…
- A sleeping area with a double sofa bed (a single bed measuring 80×200 that folds out into a double bed measuring 160×200)
- A bathroom (with shower) and toilet

Check-in is from 3.00 pm and check-out is by 11.00 am.

Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited. As the building is old with a timber frame, we would appreciate it if you could keep the noise down between 10.00 pm and 8.00 am. A laundrette is available 30 metres away. End-of-stay cleaning is included, but we ask that you leave the premises in a reasonable condition and clean the kitchen appliances after use.
