You are looking for a place to feel good? Then you are exactly right with us. We offer you a modern and spacious duplex apartment (104 sqm total living space incl. Balcony) in Friedrichshafen on the beautiful Lake Constance.

The apartment is centrally located. You can reach the public transport on foot in a few minutes.
Likewise restaurants and purchase possibilities as well as the beautiful Bodensee offers countless activities.

Ideal for vacationers, business people (eg. Pilots, flight attendants, ZF, MTU, Airbus), fair guests, interns or students who value design.

The duplex apartment is completely at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: oven / stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots etc. In the entrance area there is a cloakroom, in both bathrooms you have a walk-in shower, as well as hair dryer and towels. Each "private room" is incl. Bed incl. Grate and mattress (120x200 cm room 1 + 2 and 160x200 cm room 3), wardrobe incl. Bedside table, flat screen TV (cable) and desk. Sofa incl. Coffee table, dining counter and balcony access round off the bright living / dining area.

The bedroom No. 3 can accommodate two people. It is also possible on request to provide a travel cot in one of the rooms.

Free Wi-Fi goes without saying. In the basement you will find washing machines, dryers (for a fee), drying room and ironing facilities for communal use. Bicycle parking, car parking space and garden use dominate the outdoor area. Very good measuring connection with the bus line 5.

Great for visiting Bodensee

Really well presented property in a residential area within easy walking distance of shops and other facilities. 20 min walk into Friedrichschafen with its lovely waterfront. Lots of places to visit locally either by car or train. Definite must sees are the island of Mainau and the pile dwelling village. Property is comfortable and well maintained. In a small block of 4 apartments, there are 3 good-sized bedrooms and a small balcony. We were a party of 4 adults and it suited us perfectly.

The apartment was accurately described. Exceptionally clean and tidy - couldn't fault anything. The hosts were fantastic. Melanie was very quick to reply to any queries and Pascal gave us a warm welcome and showed us round the apartment. Neighbourhood very peaceful and only a short walk into town. Great location for a holiday on Lake Constance. Trips to Konstanz, Lindau, Bregenz, St Gallen and Meersburg were all easily done. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment for leisure or business trips.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist modern. Für uns als vierköpfige Familie war die Wohnung super aufgrund der drei Schlafzimmer und der zwei Bäder. In der Nähe sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bushaltestellen zur Nutzung des ÖPNV. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief sehr gut. Fragen wurden zeitnah beantwortet

Große modern ausgestattete Wohnung.

Haben in der Wohnung alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Die Lage ist etwas abseits vom See ca 25 min Fußweg. Aber um den See und die Umgebung mit PKW oder Fahrrad zu erkunden liegt sie perfekt. Wir konnten dort eine schöne Woche mit unseren Kindern verbringen.

Super Ferienwohnung!

Tolle Wohnung in einer Wohngegend, sehr sauber, stylisch eingerichtet. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und die Vermieter sind super nett und beantworten alle Fragen ratz fatz! Leider liegt ein Flughafen in der Nähe, die Starts und Landungen sind doch sehr laut. Wir würden trotzdem sofort wieder buchen!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit am Bodensee. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns unkompliziert und herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, sodass wir (Familie mit großen Kindern) viel Platz hatten. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und genügend Stauraum für die eigenen Dinge gegeben. Das Stadtzentrum von Friedrichshafen ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Wir hatten das Objekt für 12 Tage gemietet. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war perfekt. Alles war bestens organisiert und Nachfragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben in einem sehr guten Zustand und modern eingerichtet.

Sehr schöne moderne Ferienwohnung

Beethovens Bude hat uns ein paar schöne Tage beschert. Die moderne Ferienwohnung hat alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht, incl. nettem Vermieterkontakt. Die Schlafzimmer sind recht groß und mit Flachbildschirm ausgestattet. Da die ersten Tage unseres Aufenthalts sehr warm waren, waren die vorhandenen Ventilatoren ein dankbares Ausstattungsdetail. Die Betten und Matratzen sind groß und komfortabel. Die beiden Bäder sind im Verhältnis zu den Schlafzimmern klein aber vollkommen ausreichend. Der kombinierte Koch-, Ess- und Wohnbereich ist auch aussreichend dimensioniert und gut ausgestattet (auch ein 4ter Barhocker war vorhanden). Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus, Wasch- und Trockenmöglichkeit (mit Münzautomat) vorhanden. Großes Einkaufzentrum zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Recht ruhige Lage in Wohngegend ohne Hauptstraßenlärm. Vermisst haben wir nur ein paar Farbkleckse aber das ist ja wohl Geschmackssache. Alles in Allem eine tolle Ferienwohnung.

We loved our stay at Beethoven’s Bude! The apartment is brand new and has a really cool design. It is very spacious with many amenities. The walk to town was an easy mile. We visited during the heatwave of the Spanish flume and Melanie secured fans for each room. She also helped with arranging our cab to get to the train station on our departure. We loved the apartment! Thank you!

Die Schlafzimmer sind super gross für 4 Personen! Die Wohnessküche ist dafür nicht so gut eingerichtet keinen Esstisch und nur 3 Baarhocker schade. Aber sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung.
