Two well-behaved dogs, with a max weight limit of 30 lbs each, can be arranged for an additional fee. Traveling in the colder months and want pool heat? This can be arranged for an additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature and no higher than 86 degrees Fahrenheit). No events are allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or groups that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit.

Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can break down. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.
