Pleasant,relaxing, problem free holiday.

Nice property, well furnished and equipped. Everything and more there for a hassle free stay. House, garden and pool spotlessly clean and well maintained. Easy to find. Quiet and secluded property. No complaints at all - a very pleasant stay. Owner was very accommodating and quickly answered any small query we had. A car is essential as villa is about 12 minutes drive from St Rémy and just outside the village of St Ettienne du Gres.

séjour pour la Pentecôte 2023

La villa est conforme aux photos, spacieuse par contre lorsque nous sommes arrivés le samedi, le parc n'était pas entretenu, nous avons dû attendre le Vendredi pour que la tonte soit faite (avions loué pour une semaine). Il faut savoir que les entreprises viennent sans prévenir, de plus c'était à l'heure du déjeuner avec enfants en bas âge, donc du bruit avec le tracteur tondeuse et le rotofil.... De la pelouse dans la piscine bref, au vu du prix payé pour la location, il nous parait évident que tout l'entretien pourrait être fait avant que les gens arrivent sur place. Idem pour la cuisine d'été qui est dans son jus, les toilettes étaient hors service, pas de bouteille de gaz pour la plancha et cerise sur le gâteau, le volet de la piscine très vétuste ne se verrouillait pas avec des enfants de 1an et 5 ans il a fallu être très attentif. De plus, il ne faut pas faire fonctionner le volet en cas de pluie car il se bloque incensé ! Le pisciniste est intervenu le Mercredi pour remettre en place des attaches qui n'ont pas tenu (sans prévenir bien évidemment). Le robot de la piscine ne fonctionnait que sur une partie de la piscine donc beaucoup de feuilles et insectes au fond et sur l'eau. J'ose espérer que pour les prochains locataires, ces côtés négatifs seront rectifiés ! Dommage car l'endroit est agréable et tranquille.

Des locataires affreux : pénibles en amont de l’arrivée, non respectueux des lieux et menteurs (se plaignant de tout sans même avoir même lu les instructions affichées de la maison, draps défaits et pliés pour cacher des taches de sang, ils ont cassé des attaches de piscine sans reconnaître que c’était eux…), désagréables avec la personne d’une gentillesse extrême qui fait les entrées / sorties …bref plus jamais

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette magnifique maison. Très bien équipée, excellent emplacement, belle piscine, environnement calme. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Großzügiges Ferienhaus mit großem Pool

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses Haus für einen schönen Familienurlaub nur empfehlen! Haus, Garten und Pool sind sehr schön, äußerst großzügig und sehr gepflegt. Das Haus besitzt Charme, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es mangelt an nichts. Die umliegenden Orte wie Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Les Baux-de-Provence, Arles oder die Camargue sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und der Empfang sehr freundlich.

Superbe

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. L'accueil était sympathique, la maison et les alentours sont superbes et bien entretenus. La maison est propre, le ménage était impeccable et les photos reflètent bien la réalité. Nous avons été enchantés de ce séjour et je conseille vivement cet endroit pour partager un bon moment en famille !
