The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming flat for rent in Égat, with mountain views, covering an area of 200 m² and accommodating up to 10 guests.

Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 65 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 65 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a master suite with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room
- Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with a double sofa bed and a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A shower room (with shower and bath)
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- An 8 m² south-facing balcony, with views of the Font Romeu golf course and the mountains, and furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Égat, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Walks and hikes on the paths between Égat and la Croix d'Égat
- Winter sports: skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing... (Cambre d'Aze ski resort)
- Visit the Tour de Maure and the Church of Saint-Étienne
