The house was very nice. Boat dock, fire pit, hot tub, and deck were all used extensively. The house gives plenty of room to everyone. It’s a 3 story house and each floor has common area and bedrooms. We divided them by family and it worked out awesome. Lower level connects out to main deck with hot tub is the bigger kitchen that we used every day. Set up is better than pictures show in my opinion. We will be coming back next year.

We had a multi generational group of 8 adults and 9 kids 2-16 yrs. We never felt on top of each other. The kitchen is great-huge fridge, 2 ovens, well stocked! The kids loved all of the gaming options! If stairs are a qq for anyone in your group look for another place though!! Nice swim dock with lily pad, noodles, ladder, etc.

Great for a big group

We traveled with four couples and loved the big kitchen and hot tub/patio. We especially loved having different areas in the house so we all felt like we had a place to hang both as a group and if we wanted to have a place to be alone.

Could not have asked for a better spot! The host was kind and responsive, the rooms were spacious and clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for a large group, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Everything went perfectly! I would absolutely stay here again!

We were a family of 7 adults and 5 kids 11 and under. The house was perfect for us. It is more out of the way from a lot of the local activities and restaurants, but we didn't mind as we didn't go a lot of places and had Walmart delivery so we did not have to go out for groceries, We loved all the space, the kids enjoyed the game floor and everyone enjoyed hanging out on the porch and the dock. The location was off the main channel so was calm and great for playing off the dock and also using the kayaks & lilly pad they provide. The PWC lifts on the dock were perfect for the wave runner we rented for a couple days from Surdyke Yamaha just across the lake near Margaritaville. Also, really appreciated the selection of life jackets. The kitchen is fully stocked with almost anything you need when cooking for a small or large group. I would highly recommend this place and hoping we can return again,

Great house and location

This is a great house in a great spot on the lake. Only on Saturday did the waves from the main channel get the dock moving. Great dock for all kinds of activities. The lower leverl is set up perfectly for a group like ours. We will definitely stay here again!

House has a great set up for a large group. The gathering spaces are set up nice, the middle floor with the pool table and fusball was a lot of fun. The house was clean, slept us comfortably, and the owners/management responded quickly.

Great communication and fun place to stay at. Enjoyed all the amenities. Foosball table, hot tub, pool table, water lily pad, kayaks and the beautiful deck that looks out to the lake in a quiet cove!

Great family memories

We had a blast here. This spacious property allowed a bunch of cousins from across the country to get together and have our own personal space while having enough gathering space that we could create some fantastic lasting memories.

Perfect house for a large group. We had 6 couples with children from 1-18. All had a place to escape to for quiet time or other activities. the large basement kitchen supported our whole group for family dinner or game activities in the evening.

Large house with lots of room

The house was great! W were all hoping to use the hot tub, but they were working on it, and that bummed us all out but everthing else was great. It is a great location and we felt like we had the best view for the fireworks at Margheritaville.

Annual family trip

We have stayed at the ozarks many times and this was the best place for our large family group. The canoes and Lilly pad were favorites for the kids and they ate every meal on the dock!! The game room was a big hit with kids and adults. The kitchen is big and welcoming with plenty space for multiple cooks and is so well stocked!! It is a great place to stay. We will see you again!

Nice place. Met our needs. Easy keyless entry. Kitchen is in the lower level but worked out great for us as it was closest to the dock. Enough space in the house for everyone. Centralized location whether on the water or by land. Manager was responsive with their communication.
