We were there for the Masters. Terrific house and host. The house is so close to Augusta. It made getting there and back a breeze. Would stay there again in a minute. Highly recommended!!!

We love living in North Augusta, just minutes to Augusta National. This is a very community oriented area, and the slow-paced living is what attracted us to this area. There are restaurants and activities 10 minutes down the road, including Top Golf and municipal courses. We especially love walking on the Greeneway, a 17 mile shaded and paved walking path just minutes from our home. We love raising our family here, and we hope you enjoy your visit to our town!

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is very family-friendly, quiet, and walkable. There are sidewalks for a nice evening stroll, and its nice to be able to get a good night's sleep in this neighborhood. The neighbors are very respectful and friendly. Our backyard is not fenced, but the tall trees in the backyard help provide privacy.

What makes this property unique

-First and foremost, the location cannot be beat. Quick access to I-20 and to River Watch Pkwy/Alexander for tournament parking- avoid traffic on Washington Road when heading back to the house!

-This property is available for the first half or second half of the week only (2 night min- 4 night max).

-Great for guests who want their own bedroom with ensuite full baths

- Several lounging spaces to spread out in the house to watch the Masters or relax

-Large TV's in the downstairs living room, upstairs living room, and two of the 4 bedrooms

-Desks in 2 of the 4 bedrooms as well, in case guests need to work while visiting.

-We have a 5th bedroom (attached to the Jack n Jill bathroom) with twin sized bunk beds (for an extra fee). There is also a crib available if needed.

-Climbing wall structure in the upstairs living room, a 2-person basketball game, and a Gorilla playscape with swings in the backyard for play.
