Located in the quaint neighborhood of Carolina Place, you'll be just minutes from the downtown Riverfront area, the Castle Arts district, several breweries and many area beaches (including Wrightsville Beach at 14 min away). This historic home is located by Wallace Park (with a playground, basketball and plenty of green space for the family and the pups) and across the street from a local coffee shop. Plenty of fenced yard space for the approved pets. Home has the basics to make your stay great!

Love love loved!

Pictures dont do it justice. It felt like home, very comfortable. Did not disappoint! Perfect space and amenities for 4 adults n kids w dogs! Located perfectly to great food places, beach and in a quiet neighborhood. It maybe off a main road but we never heard it. Would definitely stay again! Host was very accommodating with our time frames, and attentive.

Great space

The house is lovely and easy to be in. It is close to everything and in a walkable neighborhood/near the beach/shops. Our dog loved it, kids loved it, adults were very happy. My ONLY complaint is that the street-facing bedroom is quite loud with traffic noise. But the space is lovely otherwise.

Twenty20 Market is a Wilmington gem.

We had a lovely time at this property. It had everything we needed and more. It was spotlessly clean upon arrival and we were surprised by all the amenities they included. I will search for it again on my next visit to Wilmington.
