About this property

The Sutton getaway w/ pool and private backyard.

A family friendly home with a great outdoor space and private pool. Located in the center of Wilmington, just a short distance from the beaches or historic downtown. Fur babies welcome, Lyla the cat lives here full time, and we ask to please open a provided fresh can of food for her daily.
As we are pet friendly, but PLEASE DO NOT allow dogs in the pool. The hair gets in the pump, and without the knowledge of how to clean it, it will ruin the pump and leave you without a pool.

We loved our stay, it was perfect for our group of adult humans and older dogs. The neighborhood was quiet and the outdoor/pool area was peaceful and relaxing. Excellent time away, the place has character, so many fun art pieces and activities to do. The owner was prompt when there was a AC issue, addressed and fixed quickly. This home is lived in but thats what gives it such great charm. Would absolutely stay again.

Backyard oasis
