Currently there are 4 independent apartments of different sizes with maximum retention of the original features that are typical of Italian homes.
All apartments have a separate entrance and a private terrace and have a kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave and separate living and sleeping areas.
All apartments have radiators with gas heating and 1 apartment also has a tiled stove.
There is Wi-Fi in and around the house.
There is a large pool of 12x6m (salt electrolysis) with stunning views of the surrounding area and the Apennines, which has an elevated pool house with a portico.
For the little ones there is a playground.
The front of the garden is dominated by a huge mulberry tree that has a trunk over 6 meters in circumference. After the locals, it is probably one of the largest in Italy.
Guests can pick the fruit fresh from the trees in the garden: Mulberry - cherries - apricots - plums - apples - figs - almonds - kaki.
Here is no landscape pollution from electricity pylons, solar panels, cell towers or busy roads.
If you're lucky, you'll spot a herd of deer or boar by the Casa Pass, while a few eagles or hawks patrol their area.
